The good reviews on here must be bots, I got a loan last month first repayment was yesterday the money wasn’t taken I contacted them they said it’s a delay on their end not mine so it wont affect my account negatively the next day the money still wasn’t taken so I made the payment myself 30 minutes later got a text saying my payment is late and I’m now being charged a daily late fee I’ve contacted them twice showing the email where they said it’s their fault and I won’t be charged then again showing I paid and shouldn’t be charged a late fee. Please don’t use this company they are scammers.
Payday uk have said they aren’t the lender so this review is wrong but i done everything through payday I have the email stating they provided the lender that has caused these issues so they are liable and the review stands. You should remove any scam lender from your company and not provide your customers with such lenders.
