when you attempt to appeal and it comes back that they won't accept the appeal, and that you could take it further to the
Ombudsman Services
which provides an alternative dispute resolution service that would be competent to deal with your appeal. However, we have chosen not to participate in their alternative dispute resolution service.
As such should you wish to appeal then you must do so to POPLA????
They are not interested in appeals and only wish to remove money from you.
