Risking your money
I cannot describe how much I suffer because of Payoneer.
I do not have a choice because this is the service my company uses to pay me.
Like clockwork, every 3-4 months, my password (which is saved on my computer and has never changed) will not work and I will lose access to my account. Then they will send a verification code to a phone I do not own (because I have asked them to update my old phone at least 3 times but their system fails to save it) and then we will go around in circles again where a confused member of staff will tell me to wait while they resolve an imaginary problem. This time is especially bad, since what they are telling me is that I have lost access to my money.
What is worse and kind of cracks me up is that if you suspect that your account is hacked, the only way to contact their live chat and inform them of the emergency, is by signing into your account which has been hacked! XD
Yeah, at no point have I felt safe using Payoneer, and I only log in once a month to get my money out of there as fast as I can!
I hope I am able to take my money out this month, or else I will be facing paying late bills and the bank looking for me again just because Payoneer has failed me yet again.

Unable to register as an individual.
I'm trying to create an account for a friend. Upon registering, I'm prompted to fill in text fields regarding a "business". My friend doesn't own a business. I wasn't given an option to not register with a business.
Calling customer service didn't help. They had broken English and could barely understand me.
Their "AI Customer Support Center" didn't help. It suggested registering as an "Individual", which was an option months ago, but isn't an option now. Their AI Customer Support also provided links to support pages, but the links aren't clickable.
I can't reach the "Contact us" page because it redirects me to the sign-in page. I can't sign in because I don't have an account.
I have never had such a problem - in my entire life - with simply registering an account. Unbelievable.
Edit: I just took a look at their resource page "How to use Payoneer Hub", and it states this in the "Account creation and onboarding" tab:
- Register yourself or your company
- Submit the correct documents
Yet, if you were to go forward with registering an account, the registration page would say this:
"...Payoneer is for businesses only."
So...which is it? Is it for businesses only? Or is it for individuals and businesses?
Christ. You guys are a mess.

My Payoneer account has been blocked…
My Payoneer account has been blocked since January 17, and I was later informed that the account was permanently closed. I understand that Payoneer may apply internal security and compliance procedures, but my main concern is the access to my remaining funds.
For several months, I have been asking for a clear explanation about how and when my funds can be released, but I have not received a concrete timeline or solution.
I am not asking for the account to be reopened. I am asking for a clear process to recover the money that remains in the account.
I am sharing this publicly because the lack of transparency and the long delay have caused serious stress and financial uncertainty. I hope Payoneer can review this case and provide a clear written answer regarding the release of my funds.

Account Blocked Without Explanation After 8 Years
I honestly feel very disappointed with Payoneer’s support service. My account was over 8 years old and was connected to my Fiverr profile, but suddenly it was blocked without any clear explanation.
I contacted support multiple times asking them to properly review the issue, but I keep receiving the same automated replies without any real assistance. This situation has caused me a lot of frustration because my freelance work and payments were connected to this account.
I only wanted a clear reason and proper human support, but unfortunately, I did not receive either.

Ideally,
The payment processing service should facilitate the low earning accounts. But Payoneer, in the true sense of mean capitalism, decides to cut annual fee from people who earn less.
Also, the transaction fee to local banks is 3%+1$ which is just crazy.
The customer service is worst of the lot. It's like the bare minimum.

My original Payoneer account was closed automatically due to a long period of complete inactivity with a zero balance. According to Payoneer’s official policy stated on the Support Center, users are allowed to register for a new account if the old one was closed due to inactivity.Following these exact instructions, I tried to open a new account. However, your automated verification bot rejected my application, claiming I have "multiple accounts." This is a major technical glitch: my old account is permanently closed and inaccessible, so I do not have multiple active accounts.Now, my national ID data is locked in a system loop, and standard customer support is completely ignoring my appeals with automated template replies. I am a legitimate digital freelancer from Ukraine, trying to use your service honestly to receive payouts from Adobe Stock and Shutterstock.I kindly ask the Payoneer social media team here to escalate my case to the compliance department for a manual review, so they can release my identity data from the closed profile and approve my new account. I am fully ready to pass any identity verification checks.

My account is blocked and suspended without any reason at all and I have sent countless emails asking what actually I did wrong but they are unable to tell me just asking me again and again to read terms and conditions which I read and I didn't breached.

Support works extremely slowly
Support works extremely slowly. I have been trying to recover my hacked account for more than a month. On April 29, I submitted all requested documents for the third time, including ID verification and selfie verification, but I still have not received any resolution or meaningful update.
The support team stopped responding to my emails 5 business days ago. The lack of communication and extremely long recovery process has been very frustrating.

Stick with Paypal
Stick with Paypal if you have the option and avoid all other platforms that mainly requires Payoneer to operate such as eBay and Etsy. They give you a 3 long flowery paragraphs of why they closed your account without providing specific reasons that explain absolutely nothing. I'm lucky I don't use this platform as a regular part of managing my transactions, otherwise, I would have lost funds or lose means to my funds without warning and resolution whatsoever. Also, be warned that when you try to contact them, in their "terms and conditions" they indicate that you are not allowed to disclose any part of your correspondence with them or you'll get sued.

Absolutely Terrible Experience, Avoid Payoneer!I used Payoneer for several years to receive international payments, but they suddenly closed my account without any warning, explanation, or reason whatsoever. One day I tried to log in and my account was frozen with a vague message about "policy violation." I never received any prior notice, email, or alert. No specific reason was ever given despite multiple requests.Their customer support is painfully slow and useless. It took them weeks to even respond to my tickets, and when they finally did, they gave generic copy-paste replies that didn't address my situation. I still have no idea why my account was closed and they refuse to release the funds I had in there in a timely manner.On top of that, their fees are ridiculously expensive. Between the high withdrawal charges, currency conversion markups, and random "service fees," they take a huge cut of your hard-earned money. I could have used much cheaper and more reliable alternatives.Do yourself a favor and stay away from Payoneer. They can shut you down at any moment with zero accountability and leave you hanging with slow, ineffective support. Worst financial service I’ve ever used. Never again.

Pathetic service
Pathetic service, and pathetic customer support too, I had a unexpected cut from my balance, I tried to contact through live chat first, there was stupid ai that didn’t let me talk to a real agent, then I write email, they dont reply for days and then either mark it as duplicate request or ask for my contact number to get a call from supervisor which I never got, they just waste time.
