I ordered an item for $123 they send the wrong item. I have to send it back to China, the postage is $118. When they get it back I will get my $123 refund. So what these means, thank you PayPal, is I spent $118.00 for nothing at all. They will have the item back. I will get my $123 back. And, then I am out $118 for return postage for an item I did not order.

The item they sent was 1/2 the price of what I ordered.

Sold an item on eBay. Buyer refused delivery, then filed a case with eBay and lost (no returns or refunds). Buyer then filed a case with PayPal and ended up getting a full refund. So I guess we can just win bids on eBay, never accept delivery, and get a full refund and seller eats shipping costs and restocking fees too? Screw PayPal. Don't use them unless absolutely necessary.

I am furious that PayPal allowed my account to be hacked by a false company. Then denied my case when I brought to their attention. So I had no other recourse but to close my account, spread the word and never do business with them again.

Bloody awful, have had an account for at least a decade, now the last couple times I can't sign in to make a purchse I have just spent two hours going back and forth with this faceless POS trying to get back on track.

Had a seller cancel shipment of item on ebay and was told the refund was being sent, well it never was sent. After going through a deep maze of "chat" windows and hidden phone numbers I was basically told to take up my issue with my bank as its not their problem. There is NO reason to use them anymore, what added value do they give you?

High fees, no response to inquiries, invalid auto response regarding personal issue

The only good thing about pay pal is that they cover the shipping costs if you need to send the item back to the seller. But they are hard to give you the money you paid if you did not recieve the item. I was fooled by the seller on ebay, he said he sent it, but I never got it, and pay pal did not decide nothing in months. I lost the item and money

I ordered a product from a company,and never received it. Paypal did not back me up and i got ripped off.

Ibwould give them a 0 if U could. I own a brick and mortar business and our regular c card nachine broke down, so used paypal reader. I did 2500.00 in xactions and Paypal says its an ebay sale and holding my funds 30 Days!! Forget about talking to a real person. I hope there is a class action lawsuit

Paypal is the worst run company I have ever dealt with. I sold an item on Ebay, customer paid promptly, Paypal closed my account with NO explanation, I tried to get my money sent via check and all I get is "Transaction Error!!". I sold all of my Paypal stock. Ebay is in the process of dropping them also--good move.

Loved paypal for decades, but recently the worst experience ever. The still have my $7k pending for 2 weeks. I have lost my reservation for a vacation during this hold and they will not answer a phone or any email. I simply asked for them to process payment to a verified friend or put my $7k back into my account. Still in limbo with ZERO way to get anyone to answer. Will never use them again! Total BS

You can't talk to anyone when you call them. First of all the phone # is buried in the website and not easy to find. Then when you call, after being instructed by the online help that couldn't resolve your issue, the automated system says they're busy and get help online. The never ending cycle of terrible customer service.

I have used PayPal for over a decade, I really liked them cause they promised that if you were not pleased with the merchandise, they would get you a refund. Well those days are gone. I bought an item and spent extra on the warranty. Within days it broke, seller ignored me. PayPal would not honor the sale or the warranty. They closed my case stating that the seller was their client too. I asked for a refund of the warranty all I got was silence. I'm done with them..

I always have thought highly of, and have always been a faithful and loyal customer of PayPal, but I have had nothing but bad service and poor support from them since late 2019 and the beginning of 2020!!

And sadly, the latest claims I have required assistance with, were with two vendors from China that ripped me off, and no one would listen (via typed communication of course). Both of these vendors should be shutdown from selling through PayPal!

But who am I, but just a faithful customer! I've heard Google Pay would be a better company to use.

I closed my PayPal account after I opened a dispute and they sided with the seller. I purchased what I thought was a designer label womens top from a USA company but after given a tracking number and waiting almost two weeks, the package still showed it was at the seller's address. I did some research and found that this company was out of China but using a Wisconsin address that was not valid in Google maps. I called Chase Bank and they reversed the charges. Thank you Chase!

DO NOT USE PAYPAL! Cancel your service, delete the app from your phone, switch to Google Pay or a reputable service. Your money is not secure with PayPal and scam online merchants know that PayPal will not protect your transaction. No refunds, no protection from PayPal. Run, run fast!

Paypal is enabling con artists and scammers. Don't use Paypal ever. You will regret it. Paypal does not even care if a fake tracking number was provided to you, as long as the tracking claims that the item was delivered.

this is not a review of paypal sucks, it is for paypal.com. i am a uk paypal user, on several occasions i have stopped receiving paypal email notifications of sales and purchases, on the 1st it took them over 2 months to sort out,
this time it has already taken over a month and all they do is blame my system, their customer service is completely useless, i have missed over 80 email notifications which seriously affects my book keeping. i have no trouble receiving emails from hundreds of other sources, i have asked paypal 6 times to send me an email from a different address to the notification address and they havn,t. the details are in my account when logged in but they cannot work out why or how my notifications have stopped,
prior to this problem i had not changed any of my mail settings,
they have told me 10 times to check my junk folder, trust pilot has just stopped me calling paypal, id iots
SORT IT OUT PAYPAL.
