I'm making 2nd exchange, everything is fine, one exchange was 29 minutes time, second time was faster, after 7 minutes I got my money, so I do recommend it!
Paysafecard and paysafecard-exchange are the same. They lock your money, do you know how many millions they steal in Euro? These guys are criminals and should go to prison! SCAM BEWARE!!!!

how in the world can a website like this not get taken down? they will first take your money, then ask you for the card receipt, then ask you for a copy of your ID which they will use to do all kind of crimes on the internet. be careful.

Not reliable at all!!!
I've been so stupid to use this site to exchange paysafe to paypal. They asked me for a copy of the receipt and a copy of my identity card and billing information for their safety construction. I still can't believe I fell for this as I NEVER EVER send personal information to any website. By then I obviously already lost my money and now they are able to steal my identity too. Only small comfort is they don't have my social security number as in the back of my mind I didn't trust them completely and did not send a full copy of my identity card. Hopefully people wont fall for this bunch of scam artists!!!!! I filed a complaint. Hopefully they will get caught and suffer big time for doing this to people....

Scam
I used remaining amount (less than 5euros) from a paysafe card in order to get some BTC.
After they took the money from the card the informed me that I need to convert at least 50 euros.
However, this was mentioned nowhere!
More important: You specify the amount you want to send/convert. So if they were legit, they would just warn you at that point.
I requested refund etc and of course I got no answer...
To sum up, stay away :)
