Had to buy rare limited tickets at 12:00 sharp, shopping basket filled, but changing payment limits in paysera took hours, so payment failed and ticket purchase too.
No credit card payment possible. Only option is topping up your account first. While exploring that weird system for 15 minutes, the purchase expired.
After that, raising the personal limit by paysera service took another 12 hours!!
My experience: absolute amateurs and stone age slow performance!

I had some questions regarding incoming transfer limits and documentation for my freelance income. I contacted the support team and was connected with Houssine. He was extremely professional and provided clear, direct answers about my account's status and the verification process. The transfer was processed smoothly and the funds were credited instantly. Great experience with the customer service team!

My experience with Paysera was—and still is—strongly positive. I'm not a fan of the recent app design changes (maybe I'm just too used to the previous one), but they don't affect practicability and user friendliness. The process of signing a transfer is the most convenient I've ever seen, and the transfers come fast—at least inside the Baltics and to the main European banks. I'm a client for about 6 years now and I don't recall if I encountered any problems when using their services. Recommend.

As for indivudual, this is quite good app, intuitive, indeed instant transfers, I've used it since summer 2025. However, I got low limits on outgoing transactions, around monthly 2000 euro despite asking them to deepen my KYC and to provide my SoF and increase it. I managed to increase my account limits only when I came in flesh in their office in Vilnius. Could be good for everyday trifle spendings.

I had a good experience with Paysea. The verification was smooth. The app works well and the services are reliable.

Paysera suddenly blocked my $2,000 transfer even though my account had already passed enhanced verification and processes over $50,000 per year.
Instead of executing the payment, they started asking again for documents that had already been provided during previous verification. The review was initiated not when the money arrived to my account, but when I tried to send my own funds — effectively freezing them without a clear explanation or timeline.
They also requested documents from a third-party sender, which I obviously cannot access.
I have now been forced to resend a large package of documents just to move the process forward. For a regulated financial institution this kind of compliance process looks disproportionate and poorly managed.
At the moment Paysera is effectively holding my funds while continuing to request documents.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with their regulator, the Bank of Lithuania, regarding the handling of client funds and compliance procedures.
Very disappointing experience for a long-term client.
