Not customer friendly

Not customer friendly, you don't even get a friendly reminder when your due date is coming up.
Don't see any benefits of using this as a customer. Would not use this again.

We’re currently looking at different ways to make our services more consumer friendly, so hopefully you can feel confident to use our service again. Please contact us if you have any further inquiries.

In general, when you, as a consumer actively choose invoice as payment method, you have the option to select 14 days or 30 days to pay (once the order has shipped). You will also find the option to have the invoice sent to you by e-mail or regular post. If you need to extend the due date you need to contact us, and we will absolutely help you with that. For example, if you haven’t received your order or are about to make a return. And you will always find your unpaid invoices at your account or in our app and can pay the invoice instantly using Swish to avoid any reminders fee.

Payson and International Market

This might seem out of place with the swedish, danish reviews but I wanted to give a perspective of Payson from a International point of view.

Payson first of only uses Swedish in their checkout process which confuses a lot of people that come from other countries and that learned English as a second language which mostly turns people off.

Second Payson sends the customer an email in swedish to create an account to see the status of the order/invoice which yet again is only available in Swedish while the main site still advertises in English this needs to be improved on (This also counts for the first reason).

Third the lack of payment options yet again turns away a lot of international users which might be limited to PayPal or their Bank cause they don't have a Credit/Debit Card. Trustly is not a great solution as they also don't support a lot of banks compared to Payson's competitor Klarna.

The last section will be related to a kind of rant about how Payson handled a UF Company that went international and got international coverage on YouTube and Media (This does not affect the overall review score)

First of all there is no reason to suspends a UF Companies withdrawal just cause they are getting a lot of money this seems just like a terrible move for Both Payson and the UF Company one Payson will get bad reputation second the UF Company will also be held accountable if they don't respond properly to the issue. I hope Payson would change it's behaviour in the regards as it is not good to just block and demand stuff that is impossible to do without money to fund it.

Today, the language in the checkout is chosen by the e-merchant when they make the integration to their webshop, and the language will therefore automatically be Swedish all the way during your purchase if they haven’t done any changes to it.

How the language appear in the checkout will depend on the e-merchants integration, and it is hard for us to know more without more information. On further note - we will absolutely consider adding the language selection tool to the checkout for consumers as well.
