I use the pazu Spotify converter.
Initially I had to email the support team to get a copy of my invoice, they quickly reached out to me with it. About 5 months later, I had to re install the converter on my Mac. I simply reached out again and asked for the registration code, they promptly contacted me with it and I am able to use it again.
The converter itself is incredible. Excellent quality results every time.

I bought their Video cutter to trim AVI files, which the blurb says it will do, but it does not. Asked for help and was told that function would be included in a future update.
I asked for a refund, but was told to get the refund from Bits Du Jour, who I bought it from.
Bits Du Jour say they don't do refunds and say the programme maker should do that.
Went back to Pazusoft and told them this and get no reply.
DON'T buy anything from this company !

They won't cancel the subscription, keep taking the money, ignore emails.

BE AWARE! Scammers!

I bought a lifetime license, the most expensive one, but I’m not satisfied with the product, don’t work as Intended to, so I requested the refund.

Now is when the problems starts!

They refuse the refund shielding behind the policy that I need to provide the logs to check if is a problem and if they can fix, and only if they can’t fix, MAYBE they will refund!!!

In the website they say within 30 days if I’m not 100% satisfied with the product they refund! But is a LIE and a SCAM!

I WANT MU MONEY BACK SCAMMERS !

Came across pazusoft.com because I was totally fed up with Streamfab always something wrong and never runs smooth. Customer care takes days for them to get back to you and thats because everybody else is complaining at the same time.
BUT PAZUSOFT WOW! WOW! WOW! Works flawlessly. As soon as I raise a question about something they are there instantly. Customer care is second to none. The software is very easy to use and the downloading is FAST TOO. Glad I came across pazusoft, worth every penny. Keep up the good work.

Great support. Very responsive and timely

The company's video downloaders are fantastic and easy to use. I purchased the lifetime plan which included all 6 video downloaders, customer service was excellent (I actually sent an email at around 12:45am and received a reply within 7 minutes). The agent answered all of my questions and even assisted me with a refund (no questions asked). This is not the first time I have had excellent service with the company. I have absolutely no complaints and will continue to use their products moving forward. HIGHLY recommend!

HORRIBLE!! Worst communication ever. They provide replies that have nothing to do with questions asked. They also seem to be linked with Boilsoft, because I asked the same questions and received the exact same, non-question addressing, answer.
