Item was never received, very bad shop

I bought some months ago a HDD dock station for external hard disks, and the packet never arrived. Contact with customer service was useless, their only response was that it was delivered and they opened an inquiry to Die Post, but I never got anything. I will never buy again here, and I wouldn't if I were you. In case of packet loss, your money is simply lost, they don't seem to care and they think the shipment is not their responsibility.

Very poor and rude customer service.

I ordered a laptop. The website lied on the fact that the product was available and would be delivered within 2-3 working days.

After a week of no news on shipping from their side, they admitted that the product was not available and asked me to wait, promising it would be sent the next day.

I keep calling back every 2 days and they keep asking me to wait.

Stay away from them. Those people pretend they know their job and you should trust them blindly a d stop asking questions. But in reality they don't care about their customers and don't know their jobs, whether it be logistics, D2C or even customer service.

very unreliable website with very poor customer support

Sharing my bad experience with you all:

- Information on website not accurate, items listed as available which are actually not . I've paid for overnight deliver (higher cost) for an item which was listed as available for immediate shipping and at the end could not be shipped

- Very rude and useless after sales support:
They have shipped the order on wrong address and after told me to chase courier to sort it .. They have not even offered to help due to their mistake. Even better they have sent an email confirming dispatch on wrong address only after my call. Once i've complained they told me i am the one who put that address, which was not true i was able to show them an initial order confirmation email with correct address was listed.

Overall - if things are working fine, but when you run into problems they prove to be very unreliable website with very poor customer support .

better to go with competition .. in Switzerland there are so many mastering D2C online business model with appropriate customer service

I ordered a motherboard together with…

I ordered a motherboard together with the latest AMD 5900X CPU. The motherboard did not have the updated BIOS 🙁 PC-Ostschweiz refuses to send me a new, updated board. Instead, they sent it back for repair, under warranty. I am still waiting. I am definitely not recommending this shop.

Poor packaging and no help

My Hue Ceiling lamp was poorly packaged by PC-Ostschweiz, with just a plastic wrapping on top of the product carton, no protection box. When I installed the lap 5 days later, I found that it was internally damaged, probably due to a hit during transport. I immediately opened a claim with PC-Ostschweiz. They answered after 3 days, saying it's the Post fault. Post says packaging was not adequate and I did not claim within 7 days . Now PC-Ostschweiz is not answering my emails and I am stuck with a damaged lamp.
