I previously purchased a gaming PC from this company in 2021 and had an excellent experience, which is why I chose to return and spend a significant amount of money on another high-end gaming system. Given the premium price point and the company’s reputation, I expected both the product quality and customer experience to reflect that standard.

Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing from the outset. The PC arrived with fault issues almost immediately and ultimately became completely unusable. For a product at this price point, this simply should not happen and has made me seriously question the effectiveness of the company’s quality assurance processes prior to shipment.

To be fair, the support team has been friendly and professional throughout my interactions with them. However, the overall returns process has also highlighted issues with the company’s systems and logistics. Despite the PC originally being delivered via StarTrack, I was instructed to return it through Australia Post. Due to Australia Post’s restrictions on shipments over 22kg, I was unable to send the PC back, resulting in further delays and requiring me to contact support again to organise a courier pickup instead. This process has now created another inconvenience where I will need to take time off work to ensure I am available for the collection.

For a premium retailer selling high-end systems, I would expect return systems that properly account for the size and weight of the products being sold so customers are not faced with avoidable delays and additional hurdles during an already frustrating situation.

What is most disappointing is that I have regularly recommended this company to friends and family looking to purchase high-end PCs because of my positive experience in 2021. After this experience, however, I no longer feel confident recommending them and, if asked, would likely suggest people look elsewhere.

At this stage, the overall experience has not reflected the premium pricing or reputation associated with the company. I am hopeful the issue can still be resolved quickly and professionally so I can finally enjoy the purchase I paid for.

The staff were super helpful and made sure I got what I needed for my PC.
It was nice that the people there actually knew about PCs and what I needed for mine and why it was needed as sadly other shops I have been to were not so helpful.

Don’t price match to centre com they ship quick though that’s why it’s not 1 star

looked at the website to pick the required power supply, wasnt sure so rang got a staff member who totally blew my mind directed me to the right item and sent it I recieved it extremily quick thankyou. I am still after years of using PCCG am in awe of their work ethics.

Great service. Quick delivery. We've bouhgt 2 dektops and 2 laptops from PCCaseGear. All four are great machines. The machines are mostly used for processor intense image processing, and perform very well. We've also bought drives and peripherals - all good, quick delivery and no issues.

Both of the Be Quiet Dark Base Pro 901 computer cases and cable purchases went off without a hitch. Dispatch was the same day as advertised. I will use their services again and again.
