The products are good value for money but what PC Renewed could do to impove its customer experience is supply an estimated delivery date on screen.
We ordered 3 x desktop machines which showed as ' In Stock' but in reality they wern't ready and had to be rebuilt to order hence a 5 day lead time.
There was damage on the units when they arrived (Cosmetic) but having waited a week we couldnt afford to send back for replacement.

Laptop arrived in pristine condition with an upgraded memory as requested. Well package, on time and great value

A bit of a delivery delay after the Christmas shut down. I was worried because it was a gift for a friend and was taking longer the expected. When I approached the company, they kept me fully informed with calls and mails on the progress and made sure I got the product on time. The computer arrived as promised and in a beautiful condition.

I received my laptop which I bought really at good price. I had problem with the delivery but isn't PC renewed fault. The laptop I ordered supposed to be wrapped up in purple but it wasn't. After I called the company the wrapping foil was sent to me to do it myself. The other thing I noticed the slot for the SD card isn't working which doesn't border me as I can use flush stick. Definitely the outside condition is far from A+a lot of scratches and marks. The keyboard and the battery are definitely changed . Overall for the price I paid I can't complain you get what you paid for

Lenovo P51 refurbished, This was quick delivery and After service is amazing, the product is like new I was blown away at the speed at start up with Windows 11 Pro, I could says one of a kind the after sales team really care, they are truly outstanding, rest assured if you won't a laptop that works better than the latest and is totally upgradable use this company I don't think I will waste my money on a new one ever again.

I recently purchased a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad T470 from PC Renewed, a present for my grandson.
I had a couple of questions regarding my purchase and Joey from their customer service provided an informative and extremely rapid response. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I placed my order and two days later I received an email informing me the laptop had been dispatched, it duly arrived two days later.
I was really impressed with the product I received, it was truly immaculate.
It had a reprinted keyboard, totally irradiating the shiny, worn looking keys normally associated with refurbished laptops. That, plus the blue “wrap” that was requested produced a laptop that truly looked like new.
Technically, the laptop is also functioning perfectly.
I would highly recommend PC Renewed for their “reconditioned” products.
