Fraudulant Sellers

I ordered and received my new i7 950. They shipped different items than I ordered (shipped lower priced items), mucked up the screw threads, left out the parts that made the case screwless, didn't ship any of the info for the seperate parts, ect..... When I called the first time, I was told to stop complaining, I had a "fine" computer. When I called the second time, I was told a manager would call me. When I called the third time, they said they put in whatever they had, they don't have what I ordered and to get any sort of refund, I will need to ship back the parts first. They did offer to find some parts for the case, but I am not holding my breath. I would NEVER order from them even though they did beat the price of the other online sellers.

Tech Support personnel are excellent. They are very willing to help.

Update: They emailed and said that my shipping address is not a verified address. If they only called the credit card company they would have found that the shipping address is a "verified" shipping address.

I will keep everyone posted what happens next.
I still think they are a very good company. They have this address verification. But I guess they haven't dealt with alternate shipping address.
In my case, only my mom is in the billing address and she wouldn't open the door to anyone. And I do not want teh postman just to leave the computer on teh doorstep. That is why I ship it to my wife's office where they have an organized receiving department.

I called for an upgrade of my order.
The tech person reviewed my request and after 2 minutes asked for my phone number and in 15 minutes I should get my answer.

He did call me back in less than 15 mins and my request was granted.

I am now waiting for my order to ship from their shop.
I will keep you posted.

Btw, the Sales Dept don't know a thing when you start asking deeper probing questions. BUT, I was transferred promptly to the Tech guy and got my answer.

The website is the best so far compared to other PC Customizers.
I asked 3 friends to look for a better price for my desktop requirement and
pcusa.com beats them all.
