Our standard turnaround time is approximately three days, we do offer quicker turnaround times for those of you in a hurry and want a priority fix for an additional fee. All our Problem Solving Services (except priority) are covered by our no fix, no fee guarantee. If any fix requires parts, we will contact you to let you know.

Getting on in years and not as flexible as I used to be, I needed someone to come and install new computer for me First person I spoke to was Julie, and as been said before, she was really pleasant and very knowledgeable, which put me at ease straight away. Found she had a slot the next day and said guy would be coming between 2pm and 3pm.
Julie quoted me the fee for the guys visit which was fixed None of this hourly charge and call out fees
Dave turned up about 255pm, and had it all up and running within 30 minutes, but he didn't stop there.
He came up with other short cuts and apps that would benefit me, even Libre Office which is free.
Once he was happy with everything he then gave it a full test, tweaking things as he tested
When he'd finished, he wanted me to use it to make sure I was happy with everything, which I was
The only downside is that I can only give PC Wakeup 5 stars because they are a 10 star company
I highly recommend and will use them again

Wasn’t sure if there was anything excellent service on…
Wasn’t sure if there was anything on the faulty hard drive I found but pc wake-up managed to put everything they found on to a memory stick! I was over the moon there were photos on there from holidays with our children from 20 odd years ago! We sat there all evening just looking at hundreds of our memories that we thought we’re gone forever. I can’t recommend pc wake-up enough! Thankyou so much 🙂

Corrupted NAS drive sorted!
Had a corrupted NAS drive which contained valuable photos and music. Couldn’t access it so dropped it into PC Wake-up. Had it returned within two days, virtually all my precious files restored to a USB drive, intact. All for £35, which I think is excellent value for money. I would thoroughly recommend PC Wakeup to sort out your computer woes.

Brilliant! All three problems fixed!
Brilliant. Julie, who answered the phone, was very knowledgeable which was encouraging from the off. I would never even consider now going to a large provider. They fixed a screen problem, a boot up problem and an internet connection problem. They've saved me £100's of pounds by fixing my rather old computer when the alternative was to buy a new one. Well done Julie and Tobie and any other back room staff.

I have been a customer of PC Wakeup for over ten years. During that time I have relocated to three different counties and I still use PC Wakeup as my first point of contact due to their integrity, trust and customer service. I have had several issues over the years as you can imagine, but David and his team literally respond within ten minutes of sending an email. If your someone who is a little nervous about using PC Wakeup to remotely control you PC, dont be! Even though I have a local computer company to service my Laptop, I always run past any issue with David at PC Wakeup first because of the trust we have built up over the years. I recently sent them a box of doughnuts to demonstrate my gratitude for operating such a super company that give me complete piece of mind and sound honest advice. Well done PC Wakeup!
