Excellent Product and Service
The design and ordering process was easy, delivery was straightforward and the product arrived on time. I would love to see a rush order type option to get the delivery a bit quicker but cannot fault the service or the product - everyone is very impressed with them!

I still have NOT received my parcel and the tracking number you gave me is Invalid. Where are my wristbands? The event is this Saturday 23rd. My order number is HelenConway 14082025.

UPDATE: PDC came through for me and my package was delivered minutes after they emailed me to say they tracked it as 'Out for Delivery'! Now, that's timing for you! Apologies for the panic attack and thanks for all your help!!!

We were extremely impressed with the quality of the wristbands from PDC Big — truly outstanding. Delivery was right on time, and customer support handled our query quickly and efficiently.
We’ll definitely be ordering through you again next year. The only thing we’ll change is ordering a few extras, as we’ve had more entries than wristbands — entirely our own oversight!
Highly recommended.

I am very impressed
I am very impressed. I only ordered the name badge carry cases late last week. I know they came from Belgium but the dispatch was quick and I was constantly aware of where my package was in transit via emails.
The carry cases are good quality also and we are looking forward to using them,

Disappointed that the delivery address online using form and subsequent preview was correct whilst actual address on Royal Mail/ParcelForce parcel was missing named person, and incorrect layout of address fields. Causes a problem when using a Goods In, but should be easy for PDC to fix
