They took money BEFORE the free trial ended and then refused to give it back. The app is terrible and barely works! DO NOT USE!!!

Purchased the Premium edition and for a week it worked well, then it all changed - every time I wanted to edit a document it would come up with the fact I had to upgrade, now I cannot edit any documents because I refuse to pay again for a product. I literally - cannot do anything - I think its a scam just to keep you paying more.- VERY ANNOYED!

This is a scam. They keep charging me 50eur a month despite the cancellation of the subscription. They confirmed the cancellation and still charge. Do not trust this company.

The main feature I was interested in was ‘signature’. However it required creating a certificate to use. The placement was unmovable and didn’t place well on the document I tested it on. I tried multiple times with the same result. This much easier in NitroPDF which is completely unaffordable by some retired needing this simple functionality. Oddly, the interface reminded me of earlier iterations of Nitro before it became too costly for occasional use. PDF readers are abundant and for the most part no matter what browser or email app they are embedded in work great for my needs. Would be nice to find an online version that had this feature for a minimal subscription fee. Ah, well. For now LibreOffice offers this functionality, even if the Draw program is a bit clunky GUI wise. It was worth a try, sorry, I’ve already uninstalled. BTW, teaching your support people what iteration (good, better, best) supports certain features would be additionally helpful. Had to upgrade the trial version just to experiment with the signature feature as I was directed initially to try one that lacked the feature. Thanks, have a wonderful day!

Desktop application spontaneously changed to unactivated. Every time I attempted to reactivate it I get an "infernal error" Support chat gave me the run around for over half an hour because they couldn't "find my account" even after I send them a screen shot of my account profile screen. Read the refund policy and apparently you cant get a refund if their product stops working. Bad software, bad support, from a company that sells subscriptions but has no intention of providing the service. Should be illegal
--UPDATE
Product support responded via email. This person was much more knowledgeable and confirmed the issue was caused by a server problem on their end. I still feel that their product that unregisters itself if their activation servers are malfunctioning is poorly written and this outage occurred at a critical time for me that ended up coasting me money to purchase a product from a different developer to get my work done.

Chat went great. Person knowledgeable and quick with responses. Problem solved, Thanks
I hate PDFESCAPE. So hard to use their tools. It's never precise.
Horrible experience loading documents. NO customer service...Run around emails...No good!!! Automated answers repeating same thing....But never answering the question. when will i be refunded.
If there is a problem with PDF escape the support staff are very quick to respond to the problem and it gets fixed immediately. Fortunately there ae not a lot of issues.
From a simple, self-explaining online editor to a flashy new graphics, cryptic and convoluted trainwreck of a user interface. So sad.
I like it coz it's easy and free. You can use it for a quick pdf edit. Thank you so much PDF Escape for a seamless experience.
I used to love this editor, It was perfect and then they had to completely ruin it and now I can't use it. I have now gone over to a much better system called PDF editor but have to pay for it. Why they had to change it, I just don't know. If it ain't broke, don't fix it !!!!!!
Very useful tool, which we use every day for free!! very straightforward and easy to use ,
Love it!!
App used to be good, now whatever they have done to it has made it absolutely useless. You cant add images with ease anymore. Used to use for signing documents the update has made this virtually impossible now.
I completely agree with the other reviews about the update implemented a while ago. PDFEscape used to be an awesome tool and is now practically unusable. Please bring back the old version.
Bought the premium pack with desktop but it does not work. No amount of asking for a refund worked. They kept trying to correct the issue but could not and then finally they tell me the period to cancel is over. Poor company...... Needs some money. It is better they just ask for donations. It's better than cheating people. Just another company in Canada going the American way!
