It's a SCAM!
It's almost a year that I had the unhappy idea of buying something from this so-called company.
I don't need to say that I have NEVER received my items, and I NEVER had my e-mails answered.
I also tried to reach this SCAMMER company by its live chat many times, but only empty promises are made, that someone will be in touch with me, but, unsurprisingly, NO ONE never reached to me.
Don't get fooled by this company. It is a SCAM to get your money!
Update as 11th September: although it says it’ll reply to the e-mails in one business day, the business day never comes as my e-mails remained unanswered.
Again, I reached the live chat. Again, it was promised someone would contact me. Again, no one reached out.
No worries. I’ve already opened a criminal complaint against this scammer company and I’m talking to a lawyer to sue you to see my money back + indemnity.
Update as 21SEP- the so-called company flagged my comment. Ha! I have all the proof. Weird that you have time to flag an authentic opinion about your HORRIBLE services, but doesn’t have time to answer my emails. No problem. I hope you have time to answer the queries from my lawyer and the court. 😉
