Pretty good products with on time…
Pretty good products with on time shipping. But their claimed return policy doesn't actually exist. I tried to return an item that didn't fit me properly, and they said I can't! Well that's not what they claim on their website, so be aware.

Return Policy
I am very disappointed with your return policy. I purchased two shirts, but I accidently ordered the wrong size. I re-ordered two more shirts, and then I was informed that I could not return the other two shirts. I think this a very poor policy, had I known that, I would have found another vendor.

Perfect fit and fast shipping
I purchased a Christmas t-shirt and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The fit is fantastic, true to size, and very flattering. It arrived in about 5 days. Plus, it's made in the US, which is awesome. Overall, I'm really impressed with it.

BUYER BEWARE
Customer service was terrible. I reached out for a return and they actually declined. I explained it was a gift and the person did not want the shirt. The rep basically stated I knew what o purchased and to have a good day! The site states clearly items can be returned, so I don’t understand this response

This is a horrible store that will NOT honor their return policy
This is a horrible store!! Their return policy posted on their website clearly states "we have a 30-day return policy and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & with tags".....I have tried 5 times to get them to process my return for 2 items that have not ever been worn, have all the tags...etc. and were recd' less than 30 days ago but they refuse!! They change their excuse every day when I reach back out to them. HORRIBLE customer service and BEWARE - they do NOT honor their written return policy
