I made an order, they confirmed and debited my credit card. Then for three weeks my order was not locatable! And they would not respond to my emails or messenger chat. Btw the phone number is out of service! Then I had to prove to them I made the order with a screen shot, apparently links to their emails is not enough! Finally chatting on messenger they said my order was shipped but sent me an email saying my order would be refunded. They kept my money for four weeks! I wonder how many people they do that to?

The worst company I have ever used, I ordered items in December 2019 I had most sent to me which were fine except 1 item which they cancelled the order themselves in June 2020 cause I hadn’t had it, they said they would sent me my refund, ha what a joke I have emailed them a number of times keep getting promised however nothing happens. If you have any sense don’t use this company they are devious and lie to you just to shut you up.

ordered shoes. Took over a month to get. They were the wrong size. There is no return mailing slip and no return address. Got in touch thru e mail. Sent me 4 e mails back saying they will take $3 off, then $5, then $7 and now $11 and they told me to sell the shoes. Finally gave me an address to mail back to China which would cost more then the item. WORST company ever.

What scam and joke this place is, do not order from them. Same issues as everyone else wrote, over 3 months to receive order and then the shoes were too small. After 5 e-mails with various percentage of refund offers (not a full refund mind you) and asking to ship back, escalated to Pay Pal. Was given response to get full refund if I would ship back in 8 days to China (yeah right). The cost to do that is more than what I paid.

If I could give this company a Negative hundred rating I would!
They are the worst company I have ever ordered from!
Do not and I mean do not order from them... they are thieves they will rip you off when they make a mistake they do not make it right!!!!
I ordered two pair of size 7 shoes they sent me size 8 and it took three months for me to get them and then when I sent them everything proving that I had ordered the size 7 they still would not make it right and send me two new pairs of shoes or refund my money they are a horrible horrible company!!!!

Oh I so wish I read the comments on here 3 months ago that's how long I've been waiting for my order.... I have lost count how many emails I've sent.
Thankfully I paid through PayPal and now they are going to take it further.
I'm going to check reviews In future so upset had to wait this long and still nothing.

This company is ridiculous, if I could give ZERO stars I would! After waiting almost 3 mths for a pair of sneakers, they sent the wrong size! Now they're saying keep it BUT here's 20% off for you to purchase another. Finally I got someone on Facebook and they were so rude. I would have to pay to send it back and it's expensive so let them know if I still want to do that or just buy another pair!... The nerve! Basically keeping my money for a wrong item and want more of my money for it to possibly happen again. This place is a Scam!!!!

Terrible terrible. Ordered a shirt in March, received late in July. I know covid caused some delay. Got the shirt not even close to what I ordered I am so disappointed. Save your time and money. Stay away from this website

I should have checked review first and would have never ordered. Given other reviews they should not be in business and likely they are not as i have never received an April order and their tracking is equally bad.

Scam it is! They do not reply my email so I placed a claim at Paypal 3 days after my order! Now Pearlzone react and ask my to withdraw my claim at the bank so they can pay back my money. They write that the order is already send. In the next sentence they say that they cancel the order once i stop the claim. I did not give any reaction on that request. They must be stopped! PEARLZONE IS SCAM AND FAKE!

I ordered shoes in April and still have not received....tried contacting the seller with no response.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this place. I placed my order on April 29,2020 and I have yet to receive the items. $68.00 worth of merchandise. I have asked for a refund to no avail. I have tried calling customer service and it is no longer in service. Please don't buy from this company as they are a big time ripoff.

This company takes up to 3 months for delivery to occur, even though they advertise fast service. When the shoes finally arrived, they sent the size I ordered, but they were WAY too small, based on US sizings! I tried 5 times to contact them, and their responses are not helpful at all. I would avoid this company at all cost!!!! I am VERY dissatisfied!!!!!

Placed an order in April and here it is the end of June, NO merchandise. Contacted PayPal for a refund. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

Horrible website. Didn’t receive my order after two months, emailed and they said they were out of stock and would return the money. I am yet to receive my refund!

Today is day 67 and my shoes have still not arrived. According to their tracking site there are still sitting in China. I have emailed multiple times for assistance with this and they stopped replying as of June 5. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AS PEARLFEET IS A SCAM!

Well well, I just read thru only 4 pages of multiple pages on Pearlfeet/Pearlzone the company. I have to agree with the 85% BAD reviews I've read. Though I only will be out $36 after waiting just over 40 days since putting in my order, in comparison to others who have waited longer & probably paid out more, I bought into a lie too.
The company may be real but the advertisement & claims are NOT, it falls very much in the realm of A Scam. If anyone takes the time to read these reviews, which I didn't & should have, BEWARE!! NOT A Wise decision to order from this company or its affiliates!! FYI the BBB has no record of Pearlfeet on its files, that I could find & I looked.

Scam... every inquiry about delivery blames COVID-19... sorry, it doesn’t take 2 months to ship shoes...

Hopeful bad karma will come their way.

Why does Facebook continue to allow this FRAUD company to advertise on their site? Hmmmm...must make them money. I now noticed the same shoes being sold under a similar but different name. Stay away!
