Excellent working environment

The interview was online and was all inclusive. Hurseet Patel was wonderful and helped me to get my first job in UK. It was a great moment getting to know the agency better and my role. It was an easy and interactive session. The result of the interview was out the next day, no delays and no suspense, just as I love it. I am glad to have landed a job at the agency.

Amazing place to work

I dont know about others, but for me this is the best place to work, with most flexibilty, no micromanagement. Very supportive colleagues.

I am glad to work here, me being totally new in UK they helped me a lot to settle.

They are not much genuine

They are fraud. They offer Tier 2 visa sponsorship and I know many people waiting with them to get hired. They say should work for 6 months with them and they will issue COS. But for 5 months, they have not issued any single COS for their candidates. Simply cheating candidates by offering sponsorship. Many candidates are still in waiting list. In fact they are not going to sponsor anyone. It is a fraud play by Amit, who is the founder of #Pearson_Anderson, to fill up his pocket. Many people are in struggle because them. Those who are cheated by them should go with Home office.

Wolves in sheep's clothing

Not even one star if that were an option.
A disgusting lot all of you. You talk outwardly of love and care being at the heart of your services yet treat your employes like dirt, ripping them off for extremely basic training then refusing to pay above the absolute minum wage despite patronising offers to the contrary. Your most despicable act though is leaving ex employees destitute by not paying owed wages and holiday pay after they leave for better terms and conditions elsewhere. This has happened to a number of my friends who were unfortunate enough to believe your sly words. Shame on you, I don't know how you sleep at night.

If zero or negative stars were an…

If zero or negative stars were an option I would be choosing that. Rip off charges for extremely substandard accommodation, rip off charges for 'training', rip off charges for transport to assigned work place. After 10 months of good work with dedication my friend left for a better position elsewhere. After 4 weeks Pearson Anderson still have not paid his due money and are full of patronising excuses as to why not. Another friend of mine had the same experience with them, he had to fight to eventually get his due money. Avoid these crooks like the plague.

This company is one of the worst I have…

This company is one of the worst I have faced In my entire life! The people are working there ... some of them have some mental issue which you won't notice from the first time or maybe you will ... one of the guys in HR was asking me a weird question, like a private one, I felt uncomfortable but then Dipa (the manager of one of the department call me for a phone interview which I consider as very poor and low management experience as a part of the HR, but then I thought maybe is just some of the workers there( in that stage I didn't know much about the company)They mention about the training they provide, even if I had an experience they considered as no experience I didn't know why but then after I figure it out. (So they can charge for the course) When I was arranging the time and date to go to Leicester one of the workers mentions that there is a cost of £200 for the course +£50 for DBS + £ 50 for the accommodation they provide.
I was fine with it because they mention the training is 1 week so I was happy because for a week I was going to learn a lot of things.
I get a ticket for Monday. I arrive in the evening there was a guy who picks me up from Leicester station. Without introducing himself without a mask he works for the company. (He drives me to the accommodation) Which is a house with no heating in some of the rooms dirty and disgusting mattress on the floor etc... Then he mentions that nobody told him I'm coming (which is a lie, I have already spoken with two people that am coming and they confirm, then he apologize that nobody told him so is a misunderstanding for this reason I have to sleep in a shared room with women with (an approximate measure of the room 1.60m,170m) HUMILIATING and NOT SAFETY due to COVED 19 (BASICALLY ILLEGAL). Crazy against the law COVED 19 DISTANCE etc ... I request a hotel which supposed to be cover from the management, hardly I manage to get one after speaking with the same man who drives me from the station to the accommodation for hours and hours for him was seems to be totally normal all this! He works for the company and few more people who are living there in the same house, there was the same guy( I find the advertise for this job )He was hiding in one of the rooms I never understand the reason why. The driver mention they work together and he is not mentally right.
No safety regulation, nothing at all. I was very shocked. The guy was asking me to sleep on the kitchen floor he was going to bring a mattress .... Next day in the morning I went to the training course ...I will make it short. They never apologize for the caused inconvenience, but the girl I spoke on the phone with (Which is new as she mentions (she just started working for this company) and she works part-time there also she study .... She was going to do the training on that day for me, immediately I asked what kind of certificate I will get, I have checked and they didn't cost more than £60 all in total!!!! And trainers supposed to be trained well before they can train!
These people are not providing any training at all I read that any agency has a right to charge fees for the BDS but not £50 as they ask for, normally BDS is £23 on the government website ... it's just crazy how they scam people. They do not follow any rules which are created for Companies and Businesses in England. I'm going to look for justice into this case. I waste my time my money and the worst is not only me there are many others...
