Terrible managers avoid at all cost Mark is extremely rude and would not pay my full wages even 4 months after I had left the company. Avoid at all costs.

Worked for them for 5 or so years, we have only had one good, area manager Jacqui other then that everything after was a complete shambles, no support from managers, no stock once a month had to take clothes home to clean,and not professionally washed. when telling staff about training I.e cosh, health and safety they didn’t care use, wrong products for wrong areas. - working boots, was terrible, poorly manufactured, said they would give us better boots never did same old ones that fell apart within two days. Throughout lockdown, and dealing with Covid-19, we got no thanks or anything from the peartree managers. Russel is extremely rude, and the communication is absolutely awful trying to solve issues I.E pay,leaving the company & calls you a liar.

Only met one good supportive manager which was Steve.

They also let good cleaners go
New supervisor at PRH is awful

Shame it’s gone down hill working for Peartree.

Unfortunately I cannot give this company a minus score if I could I would.
Absolutely abysmal company run by fools and employs complete morons. If you wish to be bullied and threatened by the so called supervisor then this is the company for you. In the 6 months I worked for them I saw about 20 people walk through the door for interviews or to start a job, I think you can guess how many stayed there. The supervisor is a toxic vile troll with her head so far up managements backside, Peartree are her whole life which is really pathetic really considering it’s only a poxy 2 hour cleaning job 5 days per week. The pay is absolute crap and just try getting the money you are owed by them when you leave, oh we owe you 3 days holiday pay but we’ll just pay you 0.77 hours and you can do one. Not me not ever. The whole 6 months I worked for this company the vile repugnant supervisor used to order us in at 5-30 pm to earn that whole £4.65 extra for doing absolutely nothing. By 6.30pm the job would be done and we were expected to sit in an office and wait till 8pm so the lowlife could claim that little bit of extra money. God forbid we said NO that’s when she’s get all huffy and start with the bullying. On my last night I and one other refused to do her work for her, so she came at us ranting and waving a feather duster in our faces telling us we were out of order refusing to do her job for her. She then went booing to the area manager who suspended me without pay but let her carry on her bullying of others
So in essence AVOID this company like the plague and anyone in Ashford Kent AVOID taking any cleaning job at SMITHS MEDICAL who employ this dire company.
The atmosphere is 100% TOXIC

Faunier (Manager) has provided amazing customer service regarding our commercial space. Communication was excellent and he went an extra step to make sure the cleanliness of the office was kept at high standards.

I would suggest reducing the rotation of cleaners, otherwise, 10/10 for services!

I am happy to say I do have very good experience with this company.

We took PearTree on for 2 commercial properties. They came to see us, quoted and really sold the company to us and on the strength of what they said they could do - we got rid of our previous cleaning company and took them on. Four days later (yes, FOUR DAYS), they popped in in the afternoon and said they were pulling out, effective immediately. Told us they couldn't get any staff to the location and had underestimated the size of the job. We have more than 50 employees here and this is a massive problem for us. PearTree Cleaning have left us utterly up the creek without a paddle. I suggest any potential clients avoid them like the plague.
