still chasing the £5.50 now weeks later emailed about 6 times but no answer and also no answer on the phone .son lives nearby so will be going in the shop when i visit him .completely avoid this so called record shop .
Ordered a record which never arrived. The shop took ages responding to me saying only «it’s definitely been sent» without offering any proof or tracking. They only stalled my request for a refund offering poor excuses instead.
Had to file a PayPal claim to get my money back.
Waste of time - avoid!
As an avid collector of records I have bought from many record sellers. This though has to be the worst experience. Having received an order confirmation for two records showing as being in stock, I contacted Craig at Peckham Soul by email a week later asking for an update on my order. Having heard nothing after another week I followed this up with another email which again solicited no response after an additional week. Becoming concerned as to what was happening with my order I contacted Craig through PayPal, which again was not responded to. At this stage the issue was raised as a dispute with PayPal who resolved the case in my favour and provided a full refund.
Ordered a record to be delivered from their website, told a week later after I chased that it was still yet to be sent to them from distributor. Then suddenly I get a refund with absolutely no explanation. No return to emails to ask why. Even had to chase the refund which hadn't appeared after 6 days. Incredibly unprofessional. Avoid.
