Great buying experience!

Ordered an mtb helmet, arrived really quickly. Unfortunately too small so had to return. Return postage covered by Pedal Pedal and account refunded immediately. I really appreciate that level of customer service and will definitely buy from them again

Still waiting - update...
Still waiting for my purchase to arrive - 'pending' apparently, whatever that means. Maybe they're waiting for stock to arrive, but don't let me pay for something that's not currently available. Had it been in stock, the website is good and the buying experience is fine.
Subsequently, Pedal pedal have been in touch, apologised for the delay and are looking to resolve this for me as soon as possible. That's good service! I've upped my rating to a four because of that.
