Pennar.com is Fraud company. They show some product and send a very cheap product which no where matches what shown on their website

Worst site ever. Never buy products from Peenar. I ordered a dress and when I got the delivery. I got something else. It was COD and I paid the full price for the product. I tried to contact Peenar and even the shipment company. Both did not respond. It is a Fraud and be aware of this scam. I am going to sue them in the consumer court. There is not even an option to return the product.

The worst site ever... This is a bogus company... Plz do not buy anything from this.

This is the most cheatable site I have ever seen they gave me wrong product by promising n showing me another one .I will request to all aware of this type of site.we have to return by Lessing 500 rupees in 900 RS product even we have to give courier charges

Fraud.cheater site.this site should be banned..i ordered a kurti from this site but what i got was tottaly different.no good policy to return.

such a worst experience of taking products from peenar. The quality of clothes are very very bad. they change the products also, it wastes money . Very very bad quality are showing there

worst material and the worst stitching ever. The size is all wrong and they have attached patches to complete the stitching which doesn't show in their ads. The return policy is bad. They take money by card but will only issue a cheque after deducting Rs 500.Basically this is a clothing website to cheat buyers

BUY WITH UTMOST CARE...THEY DONT REFUND YOUR MONEY INCASE OF SIZE PROBLEMS THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE DOES NOT SAY SO - MOREOVER THEY JUST DONT RESPOND

The pictures on the site and products delivered are nowhere close to comparison.
When approached for return they dont respond and its a waste of our money. Worst experience. Such sites should be banned.

They are fraud...got cheap stuff and different from the images...want to file consumer complaint against them...please do not waste your money...

Big fraud. I ordered two suits from them they sent totally different and cheap product. Now they are not responding to my emails and calls. I will be serving a legal notice to them now.

Guys, please don’t order anything from here.... they are scamming people with cheap quality products!
Recently one of my friend ordered from their website and they sent one horrible quality product and when she asked for refund or exchange, they simply blocked her on all the social media pages and stoped responding to her mails and calls too!

I bought a dress in January for 1700 approx advertised on facebook.However it was not as per the description .The cloth was not cotton as described and the pant waswas unstitched .The material was cheap .I immediately mailed them for return which they acknowledged.
However till today they have not taken any initiative in this direction .I have been mailing them for the return and refund.
Why facebook allows such fraud companies to advertise .
I don't know what to do now.
Someone please suggest the solution.I want to bring them to book.

It is a totally FRAUD company. Please dont trust on its return policy there is nothing like that.You can only order something and when you will try to return it they will block your fb messages and comments and will not recieve your calls.So please dont buy anything ...you will be only get cheated

This is the WORST company I have dealt with. Please do not fall for the “Easy Returns” Policy. There is nothing easy about it. Once you request a return they just stop replying back to you whether be it via email or whatsapp and they just do not answer the phone calls.
My retired mother ordered 2 salwars in XL, they shipped her 3XL and 2XL. The products were not like the pictures and of totally substandard quality and POOR workmanship Once she reached out to them for returns, they asked her to email the product pictures, and shipping envelope pictures, after she send them all the required information, they just stopped replying to emails, phones and texts. I reached out to them using a different number and they replied right back. But once they linked me to the same query/order they stopped replying back again. It seems like once they know you are trying to return and request refunds they just block your email/phones.
A Total FRAUD company that does nothing but steal from poor hard working folks like my retired mother.
I am about to blast my reviews all over Social Media so no other person falls for their CHEATING tactics.
