They used to be good. But they are garbage now.
I total waste of money. The scratch in the wind. Junk.

I’ve purchased multiple pairs of peepers reading glasses. Loved them at first, but they break VERY easily! Especially the thinner frames. I’ve had two pair replaced by the company which was nice. They broke within a year of purchase. The REPLACEMENTS broke within six months. They replaced one pair but sent the wrong strength and then said sorry but were out of stock. And now the 5th pair has broken! I am 70, live alone and the readers are INSIDE THE HOUSE. No idea why they break. But it is always the very thin frames. The thicker psi I’ve had for two years and keep in my purse, gets most of the wear but still fine. Go figure. But don’t buy them.

These are just drugstore readers not even as cute or as comfortable. No PD measurement (space between your eyes) which is supposed to be a critical measurement. Customer service is the worst, their own email form could not read my responses and it took me two weeks to get and answer. Excruciating to work with their chat function. Don't bother. Oprah should be ashamed to be recommending this company.

Nice looking junk. I ordered several pairs in June and they looked cute. So I ordered 3 more in July directly from Peepers.com. It is now mid October and Of the 6 total pairs, 4 are cracked and the lens fell out.

Customer service is a joke. They say a one year warranty…. And It’s like the inquisition trying to get some service. and at this point the time I have to put inTo resolve this is a diminishing return…. I’ve tossed the glasses and lost over $100.

Do not buy from them.

Please note that many products can only be returned with a voucher. This is not mentioned on the website!!!!!! Very unfriendly to customers.

I bought 3 pairs from the website. They all broke within 4 months. They are very poor quality, unlike the Peepers I have bought off the rack in Toronto in stores. AND I had to pay duty on them when they arrived!
Won’t do that again.

I am on my third pair as these are pretty cheap to buy but that's obviously (now) because they are also cheaply made. My first pair broke at the bottom of the lens frame after three weeks. I thought it might have been a one off so bought two more pairs. The first of the two has now broken at the earpiece hinge after three weeks of use. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.

I ordered frames and what was sent to me was lighter in color than pictured on the web site. Customer service said since the frames are on sale, I can only receive a credit. This is useless to me since I don't want any other frames from this company.

I've owned 5 pairs of Peepers readers. Every one of them has broken. They are really poorly made which is unfortunate because they have nice styles. As a comparison I own 4 pairs of readers and prescription glasses from other companies and have had no issues.

My glasses arrived but unfortunately, it was someone elses order. The packing slip inside had someone else's name and address, and the glasses were theirs, not mine. I contacted them and they said they would resend my order. They blamed the post office? I don't think the post off put the wrong glasses in the wrong box?
The replacement order arrived, however, it was not delivered to my house. It ended up at a fed ex facility 30 minutes from me. They blamed on it on duty fees? Then why did the first order arrive at my house?
Very frustrating experience and won't order from again.

Buyer beware! I ordered 2 pairs of what I thought were reading glasses from Peepers during an GMA promotion and when they were received I them noticed one pair had the correct prescription 2.50 and the other had a prescription of 0.00. I contacted Peepers requesting to return and was told I would have to pay for return shipping. This was not included in the instructions during purchase and if it had been I would not have placed an order! Buyer beware because if you don’t want what was received, Peepers just wants to keep the money used for purchase because the promotional amount was $10. and it would probably cost as much or close to that amount to return!!! To me, this constitutes somewhat of a scam!

Buyer beware! Peepers Canada ships from the US and I got a sizeable FedEx bill I wasn’t expecting. Peepers would not help with this at all.

They arrived on time, nicely packaged and I love the frames. I ordered some readers of the same strength as all my others, but my vision through them is strangely distorted as though they are too strong. Also they are super reflective, which doesn't look great on zoom calls.

I ordered 4 pairs through GMA Steals and Deals. So the Pros- they came quickly, cute and stylish, seem well made, blue light blocking and come with a case.

The Cons - Not good for Zoom- they reflect every bit of light and I can clearly see the relation in the lens. Clarity is ok, lens seems slightly distorted.

Overall I probably wouldn’t order these again . And they are cute.

The frames are ok BUT the quality of the lenses is very poor resulting in not being able to see clearly. i would return them for my money back but it seems they will only give me merchandise credit. Very sorry I ordered from them - save yourself the trouble and buy glasses elsewhere

Ordered 2 pairs of reading glasses.Received one wrong pair.

Purchased four pairs of the readers and three frames have broken, very disappointed in the quality. I was reimbursed for only one pair even though I was a month out from their one year return policy.

I ordered a pair of readers through Amazon in January 2022. Just today they broke due to a manufacturing issue. I contacted Peepers via phone and after providing them with some further information and pictures via email, a replacement pair is being shipped to me. Very good experience. Would recommend!

Unfortunately I needed to return my order because my face was smaller than the chosen glasses but I had one of the best mail order experiences. The products were of substantial quality, mailed simply in a small sturdy container and the return process was the easiest I’ve ever encountered. The return label was sent quickly and simply at no cost, it fit over the existing label, one piece of packing tape secured the box and my account was reimbursed the next day. What a way to do a business. Keep up the great work.
