Returns and Delivery
I have made an error in the order and the items purchased were way too big. The person I spoke to was kind and directed me to the online page where I printed off the return form. The items were sent back to Pendle and they returned in a very short time. Their customer service is really , really good. Thank you!!

Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic, very helpful on the phone and the website is very easy to use, we placed an order and within the designated delivery time we recieved it, nothing missing from order, quality is of a very high standard and pricing was excellent,

Service was very good
Service was very good , jacket fitted and was waterproof. They phoned me to check if I wanted anything written on the jacket .
