Was for the best price for a TWSBI fountain pen, and this company came up as the lowest, but they hadn't put the VAT % on the 'offer'. So the final price, much higher than the other company i'd found. And as their website was being updated, ordered by phone. Staff did not inform me about the VAT.
Meanwhile, the TSWBI Diamond 580 fountain pen (designed and made in Taiwan) with a piston mechanism is fabulous. You can change the nibs!

Ordered a Parker pen. Service was excellent. Arrived quickly. A few months later the refill converter stopped working properly. I contacted Pen Heaven and was given some advice to try. When this didn’t work they sent me a replacement immediately. No fuss. Fabulous customer service!

Pen Heaven themselves were very good. But I bought a Visconti gel ink ball point refill from them and it is absolutely horrible. It feels as if you are moving the pen over a metal file, so all lines come out jagged. It's the very opposite of smooth, and it's gone straight in the trash - six quids' worth of trash! Don't buy Visconti!

Order was delivered the following day and tracking info was provided allowing me to check the status of my order. The staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and highly responsive to my communication.

My items were securely packaged and great quality - I would definitely shop with Pen Heaven again in the future.

Super experience, ordered a parker which I was disappointed with (not Pen Heaven's fault, just the quality of parkers has fallen dramatically) and was helped no end by Gemma, couldn't ask for a better experience. Offered friendly and impartial advise, answered all of my queries to perfection.

I ended up trying a brand of pen which I'd been looking at with the help and advice given, I can safely say I'm so glad I was given the advice I received, as the pen is outstanding.

To the reviewers ranting about ink already in pens, a lot of manufacturers actually do test the pens before they leave the factory. For example Lamy test every single pen before it leaves the factory, so it is common to find residual ink in the pen.

I will be using Pen Heaven for all of my needs going forwards, and I'd strongly advise others to give them a try.

It arrived as planned but the pen seemed used at it was writing black when I put orange ink cartridge in. I than washed the pen and more black ink came out which shows the pen was used before either as a display module or a customer return. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning due to the pandemic.
I am quite disappointed and don't think will be returning anytime soon.

Excellent Service and good quality products

Order a pen with engraving Friday lunchtime, the pen was delivered the next day.
I made a mistake on the order, which was rectified for me over the phone (phone was answered straight away).
The pen itself was excellent value and the engraving looked great.
I would highly recommend!

Great service. Ordered a pen on the Thursday. Delivered early Monday morning. Great prices and a varied choice of pens. Will be ordering again for Christmas presents. Love the free engraving too!

I usually don't write reviews but this one was really extraordinary in all the wrong ways. I ordered a pen with express, but the package never arrived. I contacted customer service and after many emails back and forth and days later, it was eventually declared as "lost". The express fee was refunded and a replacement package was sent out. I understand that packages can get lost, so I filed this experience under "bad luck". However, the information provided by the customer service team in the beginning wasn't very substantial. Most of all, I couldn't understand why they never sent me the tracking link so I can check it out myself, even if I asked for it several times. Every package that is sent has a tracking link, so I don't understand why they couldn't or wouldn't provide it to me. The replacement package is also taking weeks to arrive until I contacted the post office myself and realised that the package has been stuck in customs for more than a week because it wasn't declared properly. For me, that's a no go. If you have a business that entails sending out packages, then the basics of which is the proper declaration of a package. As of this writing, I still don't have my order, a month after ordering.

I don't want to say that this is representative of their service as whole. Maybe it was just bad luck. At the end of the day, the customer service team tried their best and it seemed like they really wanted to solve the problem. But two shipments going wrong for one and the same order is simply disappointing and not very acceptable in my opinion.

I ordered an engraved Waterman Hemisphere pen which I absolutely loved. It arrived on time, in the perfect packaging, and with high quality. Definitely worth the money spent on this gift. Highly recommended website, very professional team.

Decided on Pen Heaven after much trawling of Internet, as about to spend over £200 and wanted quick delivery and best quality.

Very pleased with range of Parker Pens available. Pen Heaven's description of Parker Sonnet ballpen in Pearl White with Pink Gold trim was spot on. I ordered 2 with different engravings for my wife and I to exchange on our wedding anniversary. We're very pleased with Pen Heaven's engraving quality. Paid extra for 1 to 2 day delivery: ordered late Thursday night and arrived Monday morning - all excellent. Would use again.

I am absolutely thrilled with my two Parker pens, engraved with the person's Christian name, then a icon of two rings together,followed by 50 Golden Years, both in Italic. It might be useful to know that the black with gold trim came out more distinct than the brush metal gold, due to the colour of the pen. I was expecting this and it still looks good. Thanks to everyone involved.

A☆ SERVICE super quick delivery and updates from royal mail and pen heaven. Lovely pens at great prices. Will defo be on my christmas list. This is gonna make a great birthday present for my sister that loves pens that have style and class. Beautiful.

Bought a personalized pen for a friend's birthday. The pen was nice but the ink leaked everywhere and stained the pen itself. I spoke with customer support who didn't offer to replace or refund, but to send me a refill which never arrived of course ! Worst shopping experience I ever had.
So embarrassing since it was a gift!
Don't recommend at all !!! Save your money and some embarrassment and buy from somewhere else !

Extremely impressed with the service. I ordered an engraved pen at 2pm on Friday and received it at 9am the next day! I paid £3 delivery. Also the pen is beautifully engraved. I would recommend getting a dark colour of pen because the engraving is in a goldy silver colour so it stands out really well against the black pen I ordered. Thank you very much, I can’t wait to gift this.

The service I experienced on the phone from Aneta in sales was truly overwhelming and blew me away.her compassion,professionalism and support I have never ever seen before in 30 years especially when it comes to choosing a pen.dispatch was rapid,delivery bad due only to virus,but honestly this is a truly superb company and guess what they offer a refund guarantee if you are not happy,but hey who should be with Aneta at the helm she makes sure you are happy,and also David whom I also spoke too is so nice!!!

Excellent! Sparkly pen, beautifully engraved.

I have ordered two pens from PenHeaven now and have been disappointed both times with their "in-house engraving service". I wish very much that I had just bought the pens, and had them engraved elsewhere. The first time, I bought a silver pen and they did the engraving in silver. Not only was it tiny, it was completely invisible! I have since seen online that others have had this same issue, of silver on silver engraving. The second order, I asked for italics engraving. Instead they did Times New Roman! Which is also very small font size. And additionally, it is NOT an engraving. It is simply printed onto the pen. No engraving into the pen at all. Times new Roman in font size 8-9 printed onto the pen.... It looks terrible! Would have been better if it was invisible like the first order!

They have zero refund policy on Engraved items, so you're stuck with an expensive item, with a terrible printed on name.

The pens are of course not an issue, as one cannot go wrong with a Cross, Waterman or Parker, but the high quality of the pens is down to the remarkable pen-makers and has nothing to do with the PenHeaven company.

I have given 1 star because it was the minimum. But also because of the fast delivery.

My advice, buy the pens only, NOT the engraving service. Trust me! But if you're buying the pens without engraving, they are cheaper on Amazon anyway. So overall, terrible service.

have ordered a pen for birthday gifting for my friend based out at UAE on 13th December 2019.
they charged extra international delivery which mentions product will be delivered within 8-10 days
its 15 days yet the product is not delivered and this unproffesional people have stopped replying to emails and says its out of their control
when i am asking for refund they are not even reverting to the same.
