I have been using fountain pens for years and always purchased from shops. This is the first time I have ordered online and I will never go back. The customer service from Joe was amazing. I got my order wrong and wasn't sure about the nib, he sorted it all out and gave me lots of great advice. I have never been more impressed, thank you for all your help.

I have recently purchased items from Pen Heaven, and I must say this company is indeed, “Heaven”.
The attention to detail and follow up is beyond compare. “Joe” is the chap who phoned me to see if I was happy with the goods, and I must say, and I mean MUST say…… he was OUTSTANDING. A complete here for the company. I have NEVER had such incredible service from an operative of any company, and I’ve had a few in my 81 years !!!

In 2019 I received a journal customised with my name. It’s now been to over 20 countries, it’s stuffed full of plane tickets, receipts, photos. Still with pages to go! It is my pride and joy.

I found an old pen belonging to my father.
I couldn't find a ink cartridge for it anywhere.
After a few searches online , I came across Pen Heaven.
What a selection of ink refills and great selection of Pens to choose from.
Not a lover of using Disposable pens.
