We love the vehicle, terrible pre, during and post sale service!

We love the vehicle - only reason for the star!
My husband and I purchased a new Izusu MU-X from Bankstown Izusu through a leasing company. Pick up of vehicle was delayed and then it was not ready when we arrived to collect on Monday 16 June. At collection of vehicle, sales man did not spend sufficient time to explain all buttons and instruments of the vehicle. When we left there was a dash light on but we didn't know what it was until 4 days later when we went out at night. The dash light was a warning light that the automatic headlight leveller was not working. The headlights and bar light were also pointing to the ground and therefore the vehicle was undriveable outside daylight hours. Also discovered warranty book had not been completed and the front left mudflap was falling off. Contacted dealership on Friday 20 June and after numerous phone calls and emails arranged for a friend to deliver vehicle back to Sydney to have issues fixed, Vehicle delivered on Monday 23 June. Received advice on afternoon of Monday that vehicle was completed and ready to go. Vehicle collected on Thursday 26 June and warranty book was not in vehicle and not completed. Friend had to go up to sales to get it signed off as service staff would not assist. Vehicle returned home and UHF aerial was falling off as it had not been secured correctly. Sent email on Wednesday 3 July detailing issues and have received no reply - not even acknowledgement of getting email. Poor poor service.
