Good, but apparently no customer service
My first order with this company. Good products, good packaging and delivery, but one of the items I ordered was missing. An easy mistake, it was one of the calligraphy nibs. I emailed to let them know. No one got back to me. This raised a red flag for me and I will probably choose someone else next time.

Best Customer Support & Competitive Prices
Originally had a query about a nib and penholder compatibility so I emailed PenmanDirect for advice. They emailed back straightaway advising me if they were compatible. Really helpful!!
Placed an order after this, however also saw a couple of things I really wanted after I'd ordered.
PenmanDirect were quick to reply and send me an invoice after including the items in my order.
Best customer service and competitive prices.
Really happy with the service. Will definitely be going there again if I need any more calligraphy supplies.

The web site is very nicely done, easy to navigate, good range of goods, reasonable prices, smooth shopping experience, well packed parcel, good delivery time made this company my choice. I've repeated the experience and will return to. Recommended.
