Was kept calm with a sticky situation.

A huge thank you to Shane and the Engineer Greg on keeping me calm and talking ne through everything when my pumps decided not to connect to my till.

Did 2 automatic at pump transactions for diesel for car, one for £70 and one for £10, shop is holding on to £182 until transaction goes through, won’t get money back for 5 working days, shocking!!! The £80 has gone through and come off the bank, they are still holding on to £182, why?? Upset and skint! Embarrassed as went to get lunch after filling up and card refused as no money on it!! Fuming, don’t use the pumps at this station - daylight robbery!! No warnings about holding on to your money DON’T USE THIS PLACE FIR FUEL UNLESS YOU HAVE LOADS OF MONEY IN THE BANK!! Raging 🤬😡😖

Team were so friendly and helpful. Great range of hot food and a coffee to take on my walk. Even better I could post my Evri parcel at the same time too without having to stop anywhere else.

Went to buy red diesel and they said I was not allowed it as it was for a heater. However red diesel is allowed for use in domestic heating. I wish the staff here could read the regulations properly.

I used the drive through car wash in Scarborough on Seamer Road. Could see that the car in front the brushes didn't touch the car wheel on one side. I was just having basic wash so went ahead. Wish I'd driven off!
Paid £4.99 & car had dirt patches on it after!!! Took photos & complained online form to Penny Petroleum. They didn't respond.
I will not go near their forecourts or car wash again!! Rip off!

Absolute rip off with the prices in store. They should be ashamed of themselves. Will never set foot inside the store ever again and many of the locals will vote with their feet. Bring back the Co-op as they had fair prices. Let’s see we how long this place stays open with eye watering prices and empty shelves !!!

More staff desperately required at Penny Petroleum at the Old Brig Alloa , this at one time was a first class petrol station but lack of staff has resulted in standards fallening drastically. It is also used as a Parcel Shop, in fact its organised mehem , parcels going missing and returned to the depot on same day they arrived. Staff trying to serve food and dealing with petrol sales, cars queuing out side the forecourt of the station , its a disaster of a place.

Fort Augustus filling station and supermarket. Avoid at all costs. Currently being run into the ground. Empty shelves. Rotting salad in chillers which also have broken doors. Staffed by mostly children. Had to avoid vomit on the forecourt whilst filling up with fuel. It had clearly been there for some time. Make sure you arrange a tesco delivery if you are staying in this lovely Highland village.

Used the vacuum at their Newton Hill forecourt in Wakefield, took payment but the vacuum didn’t work, told the cashier and was told to contact the vacuum company, the vacuum company told me they don’t provide refunds for this branch and to contact the garage for a refund, so I contacted the Newton Hill store only to be talked to in a very rude manner. I instead contacted Penny Petroleum who own this forecourt, and I have just been ignored.

Won’t be using their services again.
