DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

My wonderful Volkswagen dealer used this company to protect my glass on my brand new car that I just purchased from them. My car was a very expensive car made to order!! My car dealer had not used PENTAGON-ENFIELD GLASS TECH before. This company 'cold calls' car dealers with their leaflets (need I say more)!!. So this is how we found them.

First of all the man employed by 'Pentagon Glass Tech' did not keep to any appointment and just turned up when he wanted!! This unprofessional man eventually turned up at 5.00pm!!

The workmanship was so shoddy and done badly...all I could see were large thumbs prints and lots of bad shapes on the glass. It actually looked liked someone had just stuck something on the glass on my beautiful car with glue. After my car dealer and I checked the glass we discovered that there were lots of air bubbles and finger/thumb marks. No care or atttention to detail had been made while applying this protective film. This company did not care in any shape or form!!

I had to have the whole film removed.

DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUBBISH COMPANY:
'PENTAGON GLASS TECH'. They send out people that do not care and are very unprofessional. This moron even gave attitude to my car dealer when asked to remove it!! I wish I had never used this disgusting company. They 'DO NOT GO THAT EXTRA MILE'!! They actually made my car windows look damaged.

Thank god I had their protective film removed!! We asked this unprofessional moron to remove the film from the glass. He had a bad attitude and left glue on the glass of the car that should have been cleaned and removed. What a moron!!
I am assuming he left the glue on my glass in anger because he had to remove it!! (No commission)!!! So he did not care..again!! That is why this company loses business because they employ these kind of unprofessional morons!!

They did a disgusting and unprofessional job. I wish I had never, ever used this company PENTAGON GLASS. DO NOT USE THIS DREADFUL COMPANY AND STAY AWAY.

DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING COMPANY!!

DO NOT USE...EVER!!
