I was recruited as a project planner for a prestigious data center project through Mr. Rob Hobdell. At first, upon my application, I had an initial interview with him and he checked my status, working availability, administrative availability, etc. Meanwhile, he informed me about the company and project in detail. Then, since I expressed my interest, he shared my CV with the company, and based on the positive feedback, Mr. Hobdell arranged an interview, and he gave very insightful suggestions and strategies during these processes. Even after I started the project, he checked whether everything was fine from my side. All this is nothing but professionalism since I faced rejections even after some orientation meetings with some companies which was a result of bad recruitment proess.
