I love Peopletree's ethical principles and the clothes I've bought from them. There is an odd design glitch on my most recent purchase - a dress with a button-front that gapes over the stomach when sitting because of an odd decision about the lowest button placement - but generally I find their clothes to be well made, well designed and durable. I had to call recently to chase a tardy refund but my problem was dealt with politely and efficiently.

Great quality and ethics! I love this brand because it’s very easy to shop there. The service is nice and helpfully. I recommend people tree a lot!

I have been buying Peopletree for several years now, and have about half a dozen of their things, mostly dresses. Their clothes fit well, wear well and are a staple of my wardrobe.

Peopletree’s ethical credentials are great, but I don’t feel I have compromised on style. Their pieces are very wearable, and just a bit different which keeps me coming back.

I've a lot of items from People Tree. Every time there has been any kind of problem, they have solved it nicely. Very kind and excellent customer service. Good quality as well! :)

I have always had a great experience with Peopletree when ordering online and visiting the sample store days. I recently purchased the Sasha trousers and they are a great fit, beautifully made and a company with a commendable ethos. Thank you Peopletree!

Good quality, style and ethics. Nice organic cotton and easy to shop/help from customer service. The Hollis jacket is great and the photos didn’t show it off in my view. It' s design, fit, comfort are all just right and reminds me of my Dad’s corduroy trousers, so a nice childhood memory.

Lovely clothes, excellent quality fabrics and manufacture, and high ethical standards. My experience of customer services both by phone and email has been friendly and efficient.

Customer service is appalling. I returned an item in early December for exchange and have still not received anything back. I've emailed=no response. I've even rang customer services and left a message but no return of call 5 days later.

I received my packet days late, it contained a complettely wrong item. I have sent it back in first class post and paid extra money to do so., People tree company hasn t received it after three weeks. I find that hard to believe. Still no refund. Extremely poor customer service. Never using this company again.

Where's the fair trade for customers?! My order never arrived although PT took the money from my account but sent no despatch email. I contacted People Tree and they sent out the order again and I did get this. Thinking it was a one-off I made a second order which did also arrive. However, neither came with despatch emails so had no idea if/when they would be arriving. I returned some items over a week ago but have received no acknowledgement or refund. This is all in the UK, a few miles from the PT office! Clothes returned to a different small retailer at the same time were acknowledged and refunded days ago.

I have shopped with this company for some years.The clothes are good quality and I have had no issues with customer service.
I would recommend them for ethical fashion that has fairtrade at its very heart.

Excellent quality and delivered promptly. I've had a couple of orders, 5 items all together, and they've all been perfect. The sizes are good to generous so I have had no need to buy multiple sizes.I love that you can buy beautifully designed, well fitting clothes that are ethically sourced and at a comparable price to the high street.

Bought 3 dresses on sale for the first time from this website. Delivered to me in Australia within 2 weeks and were exactly as described. I love the quality and style of the dresses. The best part is that they're sustainable fairtrade pieces of high quality and at an entry-level price point. Well done. Highly recommended, I will be buying from Peopletree again!
