Absolutely horrendous company
Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. We ordered some items for our baby nearly 3 months ago and are still awaiting delivery. Customer service is next to useless as they never answer the phone, never reply to emails and never send your order out. As someone due to deliver a baby in the next couple of weeks, this is stress that I wouldn’t have if I hadn’t ordered through this company. I promise you any discount you save is not worth the stress.

Like others ordered stuff at the babyshow and some arrived, some not and zero communication from them. Never answer the phone and when they do customer service is completely useless!!!!!
Not worth the tiny discount you get and would never buy from them again

SCAM COMPANY!
Paid for products but never received them. Poor customer service. Cancelled orders no refunds received. Escalated to my card issuer (owed £600).
Next step is to visit one of their stores in person.
They used to have a feefo rating on their main page but I see they have removed this due to the amount of complaints they are receiving. Dodgy.

Avoid at all cost
Exact the same situation as other reviewers. Bought stuff at a baby show however items were not delivered (Being in processing more than a month). Phone calls and emails are not answered.

Avoid buying from this company
We purchased a car seat and isofix base from Peppermint at a baby show.
They promised repeatedly that the producets will be delivered on time but never arrived.
We also struggled to get any response from the company demanding our money back.
Obviously, the products never arrived.
Avoid buying from this company.

Take your money and then hide. AVOID!!!
Took our money for a baby carrier at the Baby Show and promised delivery by now. Since the show we have had absolutely no communication with them despite trying to contact them through every means available. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience.
We ordered a whole bunch of stuff from the Baby Show from this company. Told us it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
After multiple attempts to follow up, the delivery date got pushed back to 6 weeks!
I wanted to cancel my order as this was too close to our due date, however customer service is non-existent. Multiple emails have been sent with no reply. No one picks up when you are trying to call. Tried to leave a voice message and their inbox is full! Very suspect.
I've had to contact my bank and am lodging a claims against this company for a refund. Avoid at all costs.
Note - I placed the same order for my pram on Amazon and received it two days later!
