I placed on this website, pequs.de, on December 7th. I received a confirmation that the purchase was successful; however, after waiting for over a week, I have not received any updates regarding the shipment of my order.
Despite multiple attempts to contact your company via email (three times) and Instagram, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and demonstrates poor business practices.
Furthermore, after conducting some research, I discovered numerous reviews on Trustpilot that indicate this issue is widespread, with many customers reporting similar experiences of unresponsive customer service and unfulfilled orders.

I have ordered a bag, and the package didn’t contain the should strap for it. I wrote 3 emails, tried to call them even texted on instagram but got no answer at all.

What is going wrong with you, you are losing a lot of customers. ORDER #161573 this is the order number.

Ordered few items on 27 may. I payed immediatelly. They confirmed my order. And from that time there is only total silence. I try to contact them by an email or their facebook. But nobody ansewr to me. Terrible experience. I payed with paypal and I am going to claim for a refund. Hope they block this scammers. That's all is shoking for me, because it is european company, shop is in Germany, and I bought their good quality clothes on Zalando, so I did

They have since said it’s not their fault the delivery service changed their mind . Absolutely awful company and family didn’t get the present I paid for at the beginning of December . How is this ok
Zips are rubbish
Nice looking bags, but the zips are so poor quality. Zara for 30-40 pounds I’ve got better bags than the 114 I spent
Do not buy from Pegus
Do not buy anything from this company.They took payment for a bag on 1st December ,21 days later they said they didn't have my address. I have emailed them in English and German and still have not received the goods a refund or even a response from my email.Shocking way to treat a customer.
They have not paid my work with them worth 800 Euros
I am a freelance worker from a developing country but not living in Germany. The company contracted me to work for them in August 2023, promising to pay me 5 euros per hour for part-time work. They promised to create a contract for me until they did so in November, but it wasn't signed by their CEO. I started doing full-time work for them from September until November, in which I had to work 200 hours per month. My colleague messaged me out of the blue on November 23 that I have to stop working on my tasks, and the manager messaged me as well that they have to terminate my work with them without further explanation While I suspect there may have been concerns about my work performance, I have been sending invoices for my work since August with around 800 euros. Unfortunately, they have not made any payments thus far, despite my attempts to negotiate. I understand that the company is facing issues with outstanding refunds from customers, but it would have been more compassionate to honour their obligations to both customers and contractors. According to International Labor Law, I am entitled to payment, even if the contract remains unsigned. I have evidence of our verbal and written conversations regarding the agreement. As the sole provider for my family in Southeast Asia, I sincerely hope to receive the payment I have rightfully earned. I prefer not to disclose any specific names and the nature of my work here, but if the PEQUS Team is reading this, I kindly request you to consider the situation from a reasonable standpoint and give what the customers the refund and my payment the we deserve.
