Work Finished Months Ago, But Scaffolding Still Blocking Residents
Very disappointing experience with PerBerg Denmark. Before changing the roof, they installed a large safety setup/scaffolding around the building, and honestly, the setup was done very professionally. Credit where it’s due — their safety preparation looked well organized and secure.
However, the actual building work was finished several months ago, yet the scaffolding and setup are still blocking the area, probably for more than 3 months now. It has become extremely inconvenient for residents. Moving in and out with bikes, scooters, or even daily items is difficult because the structure is still taking up so much space.
We have contacted them many times and requested removal as soon as possible, but nothing has happened. Communication has been poor, and there seems to be no urgency from their side. At this point, we honestly do not know when it will finally be removed. Very frustrating experience.
