Had a few slight problems with shipping, probably because I ordered during the holidays. Staff was really nice to help resolve this problem. Unfortunately my original order wasn't in stock anymore. But i got a free refund and a gift voucher for a next order!

*Updated: Received the automated response below, even though I had already contacted customer services directly 3 times. It took multiple comments on social media posts and 2 direct messages on Instagram to get a response. They have now apparently issued a refund, but bizarrely not for the full amount. I’ve been charged for ‘shipping’ + VAT, despite already paying myself for the return. The refund has not appeared yet, no idea if I’ll get ever get the full amount back. It’s now been over 5 weeks since I placed the order. Really would not recommend Percival, the shirts we received were really thin and poor quality for the price, even with a discount, made in Vietnam. For this price bracket I would go for a solely UK based company.*
I ordered from Percival on 26th November, items arrived promptly but found the quality of the shirts to be very poor for the price. Requested a return the same day, posted on the 29th November. Very straightforward returns process, received an email on the morning of December 3rd confirming receipt of my return. Percival policy states please allow 5 working days for refunds. I understand the lead up to Christmas is the busiest time of the year, but it’s now been 4 weeks to the day since Percival received their items, and I have had no refund and no communication. I have only received an automated reply to emails and no reply to social media comments. This is my last attempt before contacting my card company, as thankfully I paid by credit card. I’ve seen a lot of people online also chasing refunds. Please refund my order swiftly.

Something clearly going wrong at Percival. Been waiting 3 weeks for a refund for items returned to their warehouse. No luck getting a response to my emails so I’ve raised a claim with my credit card company (like many of the other customers awaiting refunds).

Customer service essentially non-existent. Initially only sent part of the order, only responded to my email over a week later after I’d chased them via instagram. Then sent out the wrong size as a replacement. Reordered the correct items which arrived as expected. Still waiting for my refund despite it being delivered back to them over a week ago, will likely have to issue a chargeback via my bank as other reviewers have suggested.
It’s a shame as the clothes are good quality, so I’d suggest ordering them from a retailer with a proper operational setup such as End.

I submitted a previous review as I was still awaiting a refund for an article Percival had acknowledged receipt of on 25/11.
I was asked to email customer services and supply info, which i did. Still no acknowledgement, still no refund, it’s a total disgrace!! I’ve asked my credit card company to pursue this matter on my behalf.
I suggest you avoid using this company, as if the item isn’t suitable you will suffer the same awful service and issues!

Now passed the 28 day mark for a return, STILL no refund. Seems like a lot of similar reviews on here. Don’t think they are being dishonest I’m sure it’s just operations being overwhelmed. However, still don’t have my money back.

Happy with the coat I purchased (Sherlock Short) in as much as it looks fashionable and smart. Quality is not the highest but fairly suitable for the price bracket.
Customer service is absolutely appalling. I have been waiting 4 weeks for a refund for the return of the same coat that didn’t fit (despite checking the guidelines). I’ve emailed twice and have no response - it feels as though the company is either struggling for cash flow or not suitably prepared to scale. I appreciate this is a busy time for retail but I have had incredible customer service elsewhere during this period and have had refunds for items returned since I have attempted to return this item, which have already cleared in my account
