I honestly do not understand the bad reviews on here. Corset arrived after 10 days, it is absolutely gorgeous, well made, well fitting. I contacted the company in regards to the shipping time, got a prompt response… Will be buying many more ❤️

They will not allow you to return your items even if you were undergarments to try them on. Their website does not state that if you try them on AT ALL you can not return the item it just says it has to be tried on over your undercloths. They are NOT a US based company and have an inconsistent policy when it comes to exchanging their corsets. They told me they would exchange it for and extra $30. But from what I can tell the website says it is sold out of my size so it seems like even if I did trust them to send me another size there is not guarantee it will fit and I won’t just be out more money. With something as hard to properly fit as a corset they need to have a proper return policy and NOT outright lie on their website. The corset seems nice but it doesn’t fit so I have no way to know if it is actually good quality or not. Bad policy and they don’t give you a packing slip which they mention is “required” if you want to return something but we never got to that conversation because they were never going to accept a return from the get go.

Never refunded me after I returned my item. I purchased an XS and it was too small and too difficult to put on, so I just returned it in the same condition. I emailed the seller asking for a return label, and they instead kept offering my discounts on my next purchase. After the 5th time, I threatened to cancel the charge on my credit card and they finally sent me some sketchy address to mail it back. I had to pay for shipping and its been now over two weeks since they received my item and have not given me my money back. I ended up calling my credit card company and canceling.

Corset Didn't fit.
With an item that requires fairly precise measurements you would think the company would make the returns process easy right? So you can get the right product for you.
Nope.

So because I have opened the package and tried the item on I now must pay to return the item only to get a partial refund which could be as low as 10% as they don't state otherwise.

Absolute waste of time and money

Although I shouldn't be surprised as it item was shipped from China.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They consistently write the same thing over email over and over again, nine resolving your issue. The return policy is absurd they only give you 30% and do not pay for the return label. Do not order from them. The bra size does not fit as comfortable and tying this corset is an ordeal in its self.
Product may look nice off hand but when you get it you regret you ever bought it.

I was loving it for the first minute and a half. Pretty shocked at the poor construction. It's a big AVOID from me.

Do not buy. I ordered a corset and a skirt outfit. Both were ridiculously small, and I went a size above their size guide just to be sure. The zip of the skirt had been stitched half way closed, but even then there was no way it was the size I ordered. Lesson learned

Do not order from this company. I placed an order in March. April 4 they sent an email saying my order had shipped, but gave me a BOGUS USPS tracking number. I have been emailing them & they don't reply. I am disputing the charge as FRAUD with my credit card.

I purchased two corsets from them in the size that I believed I would be, going off their size chart.
When they arrived, they did not fit as expected and I emailed them to get an exchange for the size that was needed.
I have emailed them at least four times with no response. I contacted them on Instagram and received very strange responses. They keep saying apologies for the late response and a heart emoji.
They kept saying over Instagram that they would send me a return slip via email which never came, so I asked again and they said they would send it over Instagram, which never came so I asked again, They said they will send it on Instagram. After three weeks of trying to contact them, I will be contacting my bank to sort this out.
I would recommend not buying from them until they have sorted out their customer service and return policy

Ok so. I live In the Middle East, United Arab Emirates to be exact! I wasn’t expecting my corsets to come fast or to have a good quality! Long story short the corsets came after 8 working days AND THE QUALITY IS GREAT!! I used a code so I got the 40% off but I got the wrong size! So I emailed them they told me that I have to buy a return fee which I did although I was hesitant. They brought me the right size after 6 days and they did not ask me to return back the old ones! NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER IN MY LIFE I HAD SUCH A GREAT AND FAST HELP. I can see that most of reviews are bad here but I really had a great experience with this company!

Scam, they don’t offer return nor refund as written in their policy.

After reading the many negative reviews I already regretted ordering. My package arrived today. very fast delivery! Had to wait about a week for it. The corset is beautiful and gives me a really nice figure! Unlike many others here, I can really recommend the perfect corset! good quality and fast delivery!

DO NOT BUY from them. Their posted refund/exchange policy is an outright lie. They refuse to refund and will only exchange if you pay a rediculous exchange fee. I am trying to report to the Better Business Bureau but I need an address and there is no address available! Teying to get an answer to any contact with Customer Support is next to ompossible.

Terrible
The cup size is not true to size, so the biggest size is not really that big.
And if it does not fit you, they refuse to make a return and refund, although they have a return policy. They invent excuses not to.
Should not order from this website

Website states that to keep customers happy they accept returns within 14 days. However, when you write them and ask where can I return the item they say it is not possible as this is the underwear and while trying on you might left your perfume smell and it is not possible to resell. They offer exchange. How, for some items they don’t offer anything neither exchange or refund . The ones with rhinestones and fringes.

Should have read the reviews before I ordered .. I spent $100 AUD and it's been over a month

There's something not right with this vendor. I ordered two corsets last week. After four days still no dispatch so I asked where they were. They replied that one of them had been out of stock and they were sending now... so then I get a sent notification for one corset but not the other. I wait, and I email again... it turns out the other one is ALSO out of stock and won't be stocked for two weeks!!! Why didn't they tell me that the first time I asked??? Sorry but that's a trust breaker, I've asked for a full refund

If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would, with pleasure. I placed an order for one corset, but somehow their site added another corset without my agreement. I asked them to cancel and they did. This was on October 26. Nine days go by and I hear nothing of shipping. I reach out to them and get told that my corset is out of stock. This is not stated on the listing. Today is November 15th. I reach out again and they give me a bogus tracking number and ask me to be patient. I wish I had checked Trust Pilot before ordering from these scammers. I am cancelling my order and will complain to BBB.

I never leave reviews, but in this case I feel like I need to. I have been searching for a nice, fashionable corset for a long time and came across Perfect Corset through instagram. I always look up companies before buying overseas and I saw all the horrible reviews. On the other side I also saw that there was many people on the gram that had them tagged and was happy. I therefore decided to try them out and I honestly expected a huge disappointment. I’m picky, but omg was I pleasantly surprised when I got it! The delivery time was less than stated (to Norway) and it’s the best quality corset I’ve ever seen. No, it’s not an old fashion, can’t breathe, can’t move corset (thank god), but I feel it’s everything it promised. It feels great and for me it is true to size. I’m a standard S and I measured myself before buying it and everything fits perfectly.

Im confused as to why there is so many bad reviews that sounds totally opposite to what I have experienced now. Therefore I have, fire the first time, bothered to write a review.

The only thing I can pick on is that the tracking link never got up to date. Besides that, there is nothing I can complain about! I’m happy :)
