Previously Bought 4 Alloy wheels, from these guys. It took a while to arrive, but it was well worth it. packaged really well and wheels looking epic 😎 👌 CMS C23.
After one year or so, I damaged one of my wheels. Couldn't remember all dimensions ET and that. So I just found the old email- got in contact and had another wheel delivered within 1week or so.
P.s. probably sent him a 10 emails, 😀 always a prompt reply...

Live webchat guys were super helpful when it came to me choosing the correct wheels that would fit my vehicle. All communication was good throughout the process. Wheels I wanted were on back order but they informed me when they would be arriving and they arrived 2 days earlier. Wheels fit my car perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase through Performance Alloys. 5 stars.

Wanted a new set of bolts for my vw caddy liked the ones from Japan racing but had to wait ordered late July just received them should look better than the ones that are on now with plastic covers

Very helpful, emailed me to inform me the alloys I originally ordered weren’t in stock and offered me to either wait or get a different set. When I asked for options of similar price point, colour and style I was not let down and knew exactly what they were on about and found me a much nicer set.

Bought WSP Italy W1401 H2O OXY Anthracite for my Tesla Model S and they are brilliant.
Staggered 21" with 8.5 on the front and 9 on the back. ET40.
Fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S Sport by Kwikfit. Tires 265/35Y21 on rear, 245/35Y21 on front.
The only thing is for them to move the wheel sensors across but the fitter did it with no issues.
Have to put the car into Jack mode inside the car in Service settings (I forgot this but it made no difference), and after it is complete, change the wheel type in service settings to staggered (s) Anthracite.
Very happy with them though, much less than from Tesla, shipping was great and the results are brilliant.

Was concerned delivery would take longer from Northern Ireland to Southern England but they delivered quicker than most UK mainland suppliers. I was kept informed of delivery from ordering.
Would recommend.

Ordered my alloys and was told they would arrive in 4-5 working days.
However received an email a week later and was told that they were out of stock and I will have to wait 4 weeks for them to be back. Proceeded to wait the 4 weeks then was told they’d be a further week for them to be back in stock. Waited the week and heard nothing. Emailed asking where they are and was told they’d get to me by the following Monday-Tuesday. Waited and they didn’t arrive. Still have heard nothing.
Now 2.5 months in and I’ve still heard nothing about where my alloys are and how long it would be till I get them.

First time using Performance Alloys for me and I wouldn't hesitate using them again. I Found the website easy to navigate by just entering your registration number and then spoilt for choice .
Price was alot cheaper than elsewhere aswell for the same alloys.
Kept informed during the whole process of the order aswell as my alloys come from Germany.

Fast shipping, came with all the hardware I needed to install the tires. Quick communication

Phoned up to speak to someone in sales to check wheels would fit my vehicle. Guy on phone was extremely unhelpful and gave the impression I should be an expert on wheels.

Tried 7 times to order alloys on website and gave up in the end as it just kept crashing.

Terrible first experience.
