I ordered Ronal R10's from Performance Alloys because they're nearly impossible to find in North America. Fair prices, fast shipping to Canada. I got exactly what I ordered.

The presales service was very good and the products were in good condition on arrival but don't expect a good service if something goes wrong. There was a delay in fitting my wheels and when I eventually did fit the the TPMS sensors didn't work. The company say they lose their programming if not fitted straight away but I don't believe this, nor does any tyre fitter I have spoken to. More likely they weren't programmed or programmed incorrectly. Don't expect any protection from PayPal either. I raised a case and they closed it in the sellers favour saying I hadn't responded to their requests for information which is fundamentally untrue. I have now lodged a complaint with PayPal but its looking less and less likely that I will be compensated for my losses.

Edit following seller response:
1) We only have your word that they were programmed (correctly) when they left.
2) Yes, it was 5 months after delivery because that is when the wheels were fitted to the car. I was running the tread down on the old wheels. I ordered them early knowing there could be a long wait for them. As it happens the wait wasn't that long but I couldn't have predicted that.
3) I didn't make any demands. I offered suggestions as to how you could make reasonable reparations.
4) You offered replacements yes but there was no good will on your part. I would have had to pay to have them fitted costing more than the value of the sensors.
5) Paypal ruled "in your favour" because allegedly I didn't respond to their requests which isn't true. I see from their trustpilot reviews many people have had this problem. I await the results of my complaint. It stands to reason they would favour the supplier as the one who pays them.
6) There were other things you could have done, you just chose not to. For example, you could have offered to post me your programmer to program them and then return it. Then it would only have cost each of us the price of postage. You could have said "although we believe they were programmed when they left us we recognise that we can't prove this and there is potential for error on our part so on this occasion as a gesture of good will we will refund the value of the sensors."

Andy is great, followed me all throughout the process of reciving my wheels! Best company out there. Going to repurchase for sure.

Originally ordered a set of Avus rims - to be told by Andy out of stock until Jan/Feb. After picking a different rim (Fox) Andy sorted things out with no fuss.Delivered 4 days later, securely wrapped and packaged.Very friendly to speak to and would highly recommend.

Ordered a set of wheels from these guys to be delivered to Australia, expected to wait months but they arrived in about a week from purchase. Everything was there and in great condition. Service you expect!

Performance Alloys provided accurate advice and delivered exactly what I needed, on time, for the quoted price.

No problems, wheels came delivered direct from manufacture and came with bolts. Was worried about any potential damage on transit which could happen but no damage and items arrived safely. Very pleased with product and the wheel fit snug. Highly recommend. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to either email of call them. I did and had a couple of questions which were answered. One thing, the delivery company don't let you inspect the item, they only allow you to note UNCHECKED. When receiving goods, write 'unchecked' so PA can make a claim for any potential damage on transit. Risks are minimal though as the wheels arrived in a box well packaged.

Very well package and Sales department keep in touch to update everything.

Smooth delivery of my new alloys and at a great price

Easy to talk to and very helpful staff. Order arrived slightly earlier than expected. Fitting kit all included, wheels in perfect condition, right spec, no issues whatsoever. Best on price as well and by some margin, what more could you ask?

As and when I need another set of wheels, I'll buy from PA.

Amazing wheels, well packaged and balanced with tyres fitted. Andy and Jason were great, from checking stock of wheels and tyres prior to placing my order, to changing hardware from silver to black just prior to shipping. Always fast to respond to emails and very honest when answering queries. Highly recommended, I’ll be sure to order my next set of wheels from them in the future.

Just missed the last pallet for the Alutec alloys from Germany so had to wait a few weeks but wow, wonderful addition to my VW ID3, Jason was very helpful along the way

The initial site was very helpful with the chat person and sorted my order in less than 2 weeks to England, very good service.

I have no experience of wiring for a car, the wiring harness and high beam converter was easy to install.
My spot lights are now working with my high beam.
