The first delivery was a total mistake…
The first delivery was a total mistake (dog food instade of perfume) but Perfumedeal fixed the problem very very quickly. I could talk with very nice real person and I fully recommend the wesite now.

Shipping took a little bit long, but help of customer service was very effective
Shipping from the fulfillment centre located in NL to (yet) EU-member Hungary took 22 days. Intervention of the customer service was required to move shipping forward. After a great help, I received my package in mint condition. Thank you!

We checked your order history and we saw that your order had been shipped in 4 business days and you received the order the day after it was shipped. We also checked email history and saw that we sent you an email with the tracking code on that day. In this case, we can not see any delay.

never again
ordered 4 parfums..3 not in stock 🤔🤔🤔and the 4th one they send me..so i could not cancel order and paid 6 euro for sending for 1 parfum..i prefer cancelling in this case bit no option..i explained i wanted refund for sending costs but they did no do this and gave me not a real answer for this..like politics answer 😁😁.

We have checked your order and we see that the email about the canceled products was sent you 6 business days before your order was shipped. During this process, you had the right to cancel your order if you wished, but I see that you requested a shipping fee refund instead. I would like to inform you that the standart shipping cost cannot be refunded as long as a product is sent. If you had a request to cancel your order, you could cancel your order during this process but I see that you did not request the cancel the order.
