Very pleased

I ordered for the first time and was very pleased. They have a huge variety of products from well-known brands for a very good price.
I received regular updates about the status of my order via email and the package arrived a few days later at the pick-up point.
I will certainly order again from Perfume's Club.

A heaven for hard to find perfumes…

Top range of products you don’t often find elsewhere, and this at a fair price.

Small downside is that it may take a little bit longer for the order to arrive.

I will keep on selecting and buying special perfumes here.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience – extremely disappointed.

I truly regret ordering from Perfume Club.

From the beginning, communication was terrible. They replied very late, and many times they did not reply at all. I waited for days without any answer, and when I followed up, I was simply ignored with no updates or explanations.

When my order finally arrived at the pick-up point, the parcel was incomplete (missing products). I immediately contacted them, sent photos, and even filled in the official claim form they asked for with all required information.

Despite all this:
• The first order that was returned to them was never refunded.
• The missing items from the second order were never resolved.
• They kept asking for more and more “proof” instead of actually solving the problem.

No solution, no responsibility, no proper customer service.

This is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I do not recommend Perfume Club at all and will never order from them again.

Missing items in my package

I received my order incomplete. It was dispatched with UPS, and I was available at the delivery address, waiting for the package on the scheduled delivery day. UPS did not even bother to ring the bell. They left the package squeezed into our mailbox. By regularly checking the tracking information, I managed to retrieve the package about an hour after its delivery. It was damaged and taped back together. I opened the package only after taking several photos. Two out of the nine products I ordered were missing.

I notified Perfume's Club the same day, enclosing the pictures. To my surprise, they expected me to wait until their claim with UPS was resolved (implying it would be my problem if UPS denied any responsibility). We exchanged several emails because I was unwilling to accept their "not our problem" attitude. I ended the communication by stating that I was ready to escalate the issue to the European Consumer Centre. I also invoked my right of withdrawal for the missing products, i.e., I requested a return of the products via their website before the 14-day period ended.

Surprisingly, my refund was issued a few days later. I am not sure if they already had the outcome of the UPS claim, as they did not make any reference to it.

If you encounter the same problem with your delivery, don't give up after being turned down by Perfume's Club. The seller is responsible for any damage to an in-store order during delivery, even if the damage was caused by the courier. If the package is left at your doorstep, you did not even have a chance to refuse its receipt.

At the same time, I discourage you from choosing UPS as the delivery company. If you have any other option, go for it.

Attention

Attention, scam scam scam! Horrible service, they scam you for your money. I’ve bought and returned products that are not authentic, they haven’t reimbursed me the full amount, but kept 22€. They will be reported as scammers, and I for sure will take legal action against them.

Product was never delivered

Product was never delivered. I waited 10 days and only when I enquired was I told the parcel was going back to their warehouse. No reason given.
I chose to be reimbursed, we'll see how long it takes.
First experience, there won't be a second one.
