Siden 1989 har vi professionelt vasket alle typer persienner, plisségardiner, lamelgardiner. Dagligt har vi ca. 200 produkter gennem vores vaskesystem, for både private og erhvervs kunder. Hvis du ikke selv har mod på at af- og genmontere påtager vi os gerne denne opgave. Med en præcis opmærkning sikrer vi at de monteres igen på deres oprindelige plads. Husk at book tid ca. en måned før du ønsker vask. Du skal kun undvære dine persienner i 48 "hverdagstimer". Når nu dine persienner er til vask, kan vi om nødvendigt foretage næsten alt i reparationer.

PersienneVaskeriet Vanløse - Hopeless Company-Dirty Blinds!!!!

We've been a customer with Persiennevaskeriet in Vanløse for three years. We had our persienne washed in July and they came back the same way, the persienne was just as dirty and greasy as it was before we had them washed. Also three of them came back damaged and the thread was broken.
The price was also double it was from last year and the lady I spoke to to explain to her about the situation had a bad attitude and have no customer service. I do know if this company have changed hand from last year, but they have now lost us as a customer and I will be going into facebook to tell about how bad the service is.

We’re the same team working at Persiennevaskeriet and we have been servicing over 10,000 happy customers the last 20 years.

Your blinds were returned after wash on June 11th and the same service was provided as last year - 6 blinds have been washed and a single kitchen blind has gotten an extra cleaning, same as last year. The price has increased with kr. 50, - which is close to 10% and is the only price increase we have had in the last 7 years.

After 4 weeks you call and inform us that one of the cords are broken after wash. We pick up your blind for free and repair the error with the cord - the defect on the blind was not due to wash but instead it’s a typical error that occurs on that type of blinds you have, where the bottom bracket easily becomes defect. We change the spare part and you only pay for the repair. After 11 weeks you call us again and tell us that the kitchen blind does not seem to be clean - maybe this should have been discovered when you called us the first time after 4 weeks? When the blinds are returned and hung up, they should be inspected and any complaints should be made within a reasonable time of 1-2 weeks and not after 11 weeks. As told on the phone we can wash the blind again but you will have to pay for a new wash, due to the fact that so much time has passed since our first service in June.
In addition to that the blind you are complaining about have been washed as all blinds are treated individually during the washing process. But with kitchen blinds it can happen that grease goes into the varnish so that they eventually can not be clean - even after extra cleaning and wash. ?(This is something we often see.)?

Vi er det samme team i Persiennevaskeriet som igennem de sidste 20 år fast har serviceret over 10.000 glade kunder.

I får jeres persienner retur efter vask d. 11 juni og der er ydet samme service som forrige år - 6 persienner vasket og en enkelt køkkenpersienne har fået ekstra rens som forrige år. Prisen er steget med 50,- hvilket svarer til knap 10% og er den eneste prisstigning de sidste 7 år.

I ringer igen 4 uger efter og siger at en af snorene er i stykker efter vask. Vi henter jeres persienne og udbedrer fejlen, - fejlen på persiennen var ikke sket ved vask men er en typisk fejl der opstår på den type persienne I har hvor bundbeslaget let bliver defekt. Vi skifter reservedelen og I betaler kun for reparationen. I ringer så igen efter 11 uger og siger den ene persienne der hænger i køkkenet ikke er ren - måske det burde være opdaget da I ringer til os efter de første 4 uger? Umiddelbart når persiennerne kommer retur og hænges op bør de gennemgåes og evt. reklamation ske indenfor en rimelighed af 1-2 uger og ikke først 11 uger efter. Vi vil godt vaske den igen som oplyst i tlf men I ville komme til at betale en ny vask, grundet der er gået så lang tid efter vores service i juni. Persiennen du klager over er blevet vasket, da alle persienner behandles enkeltvis under vask. Men ved køkkenpersienner kan der ske det at fedt går i lakken så de til sidst ikke kan blive rene, selv efter ekstra rens.
