Failed to deliver item, when asked for refund they said 3rd party (Personal Choice) were responsible for refund. When Personal Choice were asked for refund they said Wowcher were responsible, Wowcher failed to respond to that...end result nothing.

I would advise against buying anything from both these companies.

What went wrong? Everything that possibly could. Purchased an arch/gate from them via Wowcher. When it arrived it was poorly made, not fit for purpose and faulty. Asked for a replacement. Took an age to get via the equally useless Evri delivery company. When the replacement arrived, it had parts missing. Contacted Personal Choice and they sent the wrong parts. Eventually. When it was finally put together, the thing literally lasted a couple of weeks in mild weather. Contacted Personal Choice again and they are trying to wash their hands of me. They are poorly organised, charge to call them
and never answer their emails unless continually resent. "Carol" was helpful and I am only sorry she works for such a diabolical company.
How can they improve - shut down and let another company get on with it. I am guessing from all the other poor reviews of scamming etc, there needs to be a real investigation into this alleged company. Never buy from them unless you expect to be ripped off, sent shoddy goods and want to waste your time and effort and increase anxiety levels. Life is too short - buy elsewhere. Stuff is cheap because it's s**t! Enough said!

I dont think they can improve absolutely useless. Need to sort out contact lines for one, need to employ English speaking advisers for two, need to ensure the stock is there to sell before advertising it. Will not be using them again 0/10 everytime,

This company should be closed down, along with Easylife they are targeting the elderly and taking unauthorised money from their accounts. I have filled a police report against them and so should everyone else they have stolen from.

Ordered a heated airer through wowcher. The item delivered is not the item they advertise. Their description is that the airer has 3 heat settings, a timer and an extra long lead. The airer they sent has none of this. They are mis-selling the product. They do not respond to emails.

Purchased a heated clothes airer from here through wowcher, delivered quickly and works great and at £47 can't fault it, had Tracking info so knew when it were being delivered, I would order from here again.

Not Happy! Gave two stars as the lady I spoke to on customer services appeared very helpful! But nothing happens! Have been waiting for some screws for a shower stool which were missing! Numerous phone calls and e mails, still not received! They are trying to get hold of the warehouse!!!

I cannot fault any product I have had from Mintkeeper.
Service very impressive , products 100% and pricing also excellent - will keep using over other suppliers of similar Items

I bought an electric clothes airer from Wowcher, listed as provided by Personal Choice. It worked very well for 3 months. Then suddenly one day it blew its plug fuse with huge bang - not desirable but we changed the fuse. A week later, it started sparking - big sparks actually coming out of the airer itself not the plug. It was just luck I wasn't touching it, as I was about to hang an item of washing on it. I've written to Personal Choice, no answer for over a month now. I don't expect to be electrocuted by a new item that's only 3 months old. Had it not been in the room to unplug it, it couldn't have started a fire. If they bothered to respond and show some kind of customer service and issue a refund or provide a replacement (a worrying prospect now tbh), I wouldn't be writing this review. It was frightening to see those sparks flying out of the joints. Never seen anything like it before.

Only found out about this company after they sold my data to a charity. I have contacted them to ask for more details before I report them to the ICO

contacting credit card company first thing to block any charges and chargeback costs that these scammers have charged, ahead of being billed £99.95 after the trial.

Ordered some plants and 3 dead branches arrived. Nothing like the pictures, not even mildly comparable. Beyond frustrated!!

We made our purchase through the "Wowcher website" and the item was sold and dispatched by Personal Choice. After a number of emails with Personal Choice and a missed expected delivery date, unfortunately we could not recommend either company and personally will not be using either again.

I ordered a hedge trimmer from these people months ago. Each time I chase the delivery I am fobbed off with an apology and revised delivery. Promised deliveries are not met,. Not very happy experience. I would not recommend to use this company again.

If it's any consolation to George Chandler (review dated 1st Apr) I also have been conned by this outfit. My latest bank statement shows the same amount of £73.99 which I know nothing about having never heard of them before. On the same date the statement shows a valid charge for an item I purchased from Easylife. By an amazing coincidence Easylife & Personal Choice share the same postcode! I've notified my bank & they say the charge relates to "a subscription" & they will look further into it. This is certainly not the last that these two companies will hear about this as it would appear to verge on criminality.

I recently checked my bank statement,only to see £73.99 charged by Personal Choice. I have no idea what this is for,as I haven’t ordered anything or signed up for anything. This is illegal and fraud. When I contacted Personal choice they passed me to Customer Services for Lifestyle,an umbrella company.
I demanded my money back and was promised a refund within 7-10 days. I live in hope.
I told them I will inform the Police Fraud Dept if the money is not returned. Failing that my Bank has said it will Charge Back the money owed as it was taken fraudently from my Bank Credit Card.

Abysmal service - I qualified for a free gift of a puzzle book and hand sanitiser in late January 2021 - despite assurances that these had been dispatched, I have not seen hide nor hair of them. Why make promises you cannot keep? I for one won't be using this company again.....

Absolutely disgusting company they have taken our money and not sent the full order and when you call customer services they fob you off with excuses and tell you to call another number. Will never buy off these again not even worth one star!

Ideal world called me to talk about a supacard and and said there was no obligation to join or pay.

I never gave them go ahead or bank details...they simply saying that they sent the card and an email and as i did not cancel on time they dont have to refund my money.

How would i know when to cancel if i never saw emeil or recived card.

I contacted them and they keep shifting reponsibility to each other third party.

Beware of this ideal world and their 3rd party.

Very poor service. I ordered two items on 17th January. 23 days later, on enquiring, I am informed that since one item is out of stock I will not receive either for at least a further 10 days (i.e. 33 days in all!). When I placed the order, had there been some indication that the one item was out of stock, I would not have included that in the order. I will NEVER use this company again.
