I helped a friend recover her amount which was fraudulently withdrawn without her consent. The company claims she subscribed to their services and did not unsubscribe within three days. No idea how or when this happened. Especially how they access to the payment means. We asked for 100% refund and they only granted us a 50% refund. Upon checking the bank account balance not even a 50% refund was given. It was less than that. Therefore, we opened a file and an official complaint at the local authorities and we went to the police.

Bought what I thought was lego just pay postage then had 59.14 taken from my account managed to cancel any future payments but lost this money lesson learned if it sounds too good it probably is avoid them it's just a scam they use Facebook to make you think it's an offer it's really not

Fraud - tried to take £58 from my account

This site is a major scam. They do not abide by their t & c's and hack into social media accounts to suck the hard working everyday person out and take your money. DO NOT SIGN UP AND BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL ON SOCIAL MEDIA IN PAYING FOR DELIVERY OF PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS.

This is a scam do not be fooled i am going to report this to the police.

They scammed my 85 year old Mother who is extremely vulnerable. Thankfully the bank has refunded her the money.

FRAUD - Be very careful.
This is a company pretending to be brands like decathlon and using your card details to steal money. Stay away!

This company cons you in to thinking you have won something and you just pay postage on the win, in my case this was a Sephora Mystery Box (under sephora.fashion), it then attempts to take money from your account, £58 for a subscription which I never signed up for, luckily I had limited funds and this wasn't successful. I have now reported this and had to change my card details as a result. If it appears to good to be true it certainly is, please don't fall in to the same trap!!

This website also operates under the name eAssistsnthub. Basically they are fraudster and scammer. Please be vigilant when you click on any of the links. They took £58 from my account for some subscription. Which I never signed up. They sent me a link for Zara mystery Box. Furthermore, company is run by Romanian people. I have notified scamadvisers website, my bank and police in process to put them on risk for scams. Report them if you have been through the same experience. Let’s save others from these fraudulent people.
