AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our order was delivered, per tracking, but I never received it off our porch. I emailed personal creations and they sent me my order again at no charge.

LACK OF ADJUSTING PHOTO BEFORE PRINTING
I know this was a free gift but I did pay quite a bit for postage....sadly, you cut the top off of both my sons heads. This was UNNECESSARY as the photo had plenty of room of the feet to push the photo up. When submitting the photo you didn't give me the option to move the photo up. You should give the customer the OPTION to adjust the photo before a POOR printing. I would appreciate your REPRINTING the photo with my sons heads NOT CUT OFF. As it is, this photo is embarrassing to use.

We do offer an on-site designer - any photo uploaded can be dragged and adjusted to fit within the provided preview space, and a live preview image will update with your cropping of the original image, so that you can see it before it is printed. Our team will not adjust or modify an order after it is submitted, and do not offer or provide a screening service for the cropping of images. We are happy to request and make adjustments if contacted and requested to do so, but the change or adjustment must be brought to our team's attention - unfortunately, we were not notified or contacted regarding any issues experienced with the on-site designer. We do apologize again if it seemed as though we would adjust the order once it was submitted automatically. Checking into the order attached to your review, a refund was requested rather than a replacement; one was issued to your order as of October 23rd, on your request.
