I ordered 3 glass Christmas baubles
Personalised with my grandchildren’s names, the wording is so small it’s almost invisible, there is no option for font enlargement, when I queried I was told the order is as I ordered , an appalling service,

So I opted for this website to get a personalised gift for a friend before Christmas. I don’t get out often but but was due to see them not longer after Christmas so opted to have to delivered to myself. As Christmas passed it seemed like it would not reach me in time so I changed the delivery address to theirs so it could be sent directly to them. The website allowed me to amend the delivery address and this was done prior to the gift even being personalised let alone being sent out. I got a notification from Evri saying it was picked up by them so I just thought I’d check and they still had the delivery listed as my address. I contacted PGS only to be met with a ‘sorry, we can’t do anything’ (I am paraphrasing). My biggest points of contention is if you are allowed on your own system to amend the delivery address why can it not be updated for the couriers. Specifically if the gift hadn’t even been dispatched!? We both live over two completely far flung sides of London and getting over there isn’t feasible currently. It’s not an unreasonable request or a completely left field scenario for changes of address to be required. No doubt there’s a whole host of reasons an address would need to be changed. And again, this was done in before anything went out. And then to be told we can’t do anything once it’s sent out despite me being told by the courier that I’d have to go back to the sender just doubles the frustration. Not great service if I’m being honest. Feeling rather fobbed off and and definitely wouldn’t recommend using them.

I ordered several items before Christmas which I left 5 star reviews for. At the last minute, I decided to order a personalised, embroidered cushion. It arrived on Monday 22nd but was marked where it had been on the machine. I contacted PGS who were very quick to respond and made me a choice of two offers as a solution. I chose a replacement cushion but they made me aware that due to timescales it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. Imagine my joy when the cushion arrived on Wednesday 24th, what a service! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I was very impressed with the quality of all my purchases but even more impressed by the customer service.

This small company made a great job of my gift for Christmas unfortunately it arrived damaged in post. I emailed and told got a reply immediately and they said they would issue a new one. Two days before Christmas I thought it would not come but it arrived Christmas eve. That's what I call service wonderful job down .I'll certainly be using them again great service guys well done

Fabulous fabulous ! Absolutely loved snow globes. Had my children and grandchildren pictures in them. Wonderful quality. Service was excellent and immediate response to a query I had.

Such an attentive, fast producing, exceptional small business company. Had an issue with the delivery, this company went above and beyond to make sure I got a replacement on 23rd of Dec with the fastest delivery in time for Xmas. I cannot express how much they did to save this loss in gifts and sorting me these intime. I will be ordering from them again and recommending them too. I have to write this review as this company outweighed my expectations. I received a Personalised xmas bauble for a family member yesterday which was faulty, I contacted the company soon as I received it, a replacement was sent out yesterday and I have received it today in time for Christmas to say I am extremely grateful is an understatement.

I ordered a gift for a Secret Santa and was delighted with the entire experience. This company is excellent to shop with and I would definitely purchase again. Obviously being Christmas delivery can be delayed and I had a timeframe! When the item hadn’t arrived I contacted customer service who were absolutely fantastic and the item was here in time for my Christmas Party! The item was top quality and excellent value for money. Good communication with the company this was ordered as a gift for xmas, there was an issue with the original one sent but a replacement was immediately dispatched and saved my xmas list

Ive edited my review but still can’t give 5 stars, simply as the company use Evri who are known for being a nightmare. I have managed to receive my parcel now, but I paid a lot of money for delivery and had to get it myself from someone else’s home. Also having a phone number would be nice as emailing is sometimes difficult

When receiving my order items were missing, one item i received was broken… trying to communicate with the company is very slow, them not willing to resolve the matter in a timely manner is upsetting when these are gifts that are needed at a certain time. I ended up asking for a refund in the end as i know the missing items and broken item will not arrive in time, although i am still waiting for a refund let alone a reply. They also didn't seem to know what they had and hadn't sent… needing proof from me having to take pictures of the parcel i had received. A lot is wrong with this company, quality of products, shipment care and care of packing, communication within the company and with customers and how they deal with customer satisfaction. Very disappointed.
