Let down by really bad service
Let down by really bad service! I ordered cards as a sample for an event wanting to then order more. 11 days later nothing came so I called and was told the printer was broken but that it would be fixed the next day. I explained I was flying for a special event and needed it in time. Two days later I called and was told the cards would not arrive in time.
I now have a very embarrassing situation because I have nothing to take to an event. Even after I said please tell me if you can't do this so I have time to go somewhere else they did not let me know. I have just spoken to them and they have apologised but that's no use and the cards if / when they arrive will also be useless.
No idea what the quality is like but I'd never work with a business that kept their customers in the dark like this. I know things go wrong sometimes but at least let us know.
To add insult to injury, they seem to want to keep the money as well.

Card printing is not consistent.
Card printing is not consistent and I have to bear the cost for errors. No refund or resolution offered.
I would have loved to print more but I take precision seriously.

Very easy to create the playing cards and delivery was received very quickly. I ordered 9 packs of cards and there was an issue with the Ace of Diamonds as it was not printed correctly in all 9 packs. However, I phoned up and 2 days later, received 9 new Aces - perfect! Great customer service

Very Impressed With Product
The custom cards were of amazing quality and arrived in a very timely manner, even when I ordered a large quantity of different packs. The custom box was a nice touch too, very please with the results, would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
