Truly a transformative experience with PLA for the past two years. The coaches at PLA are very personable and reachable and are a true source of inspiration and guide the coachees and help them transform 360 degrees.

I joined the Personal Leadership Academy (PLA) in June 2024, and it has been a truly transformative experience for me.

There are weekly goal check-ins and two hours of pure, blissful guidance, communication and sharing. These are truly one-percent, high-energy people who are committed to being at the forefront of everything they do.

Personally, I’ve gained tremendous knowledge, stronger leadership qualities, and improved communication skills. PLA also brings in guest speakers from time to time, which adds great perspective. Every week, there’s an optional book club where members read, present their viewpoints, and sharpen both communication and presentation skills. People also dive deep into areas like Generative AI and systems architecture, making it intellectually stimulating as well.

Each week includes breakout rooms with smaller groups where people openly share - successes, hardships, and lessons learned. Listening to others in these spaces is often eye-opening and deeply meaningful.

Overall, I can confidently say I’ve improved myself tremendously over the last two years after joining PLA.
