As a parent I had an extremely positive experience for my daughter with PMUK. The service was extremely professional from start to finish, and I felt she was genuinely guided through every step of the process. Alot of care and time is taken to understand exactly what she was looking for and helped as well to refine her requirements clearly.

I feel like Personal Match Uk is a much needed platform and I'm glad I joined. I didn't know what to expect at first but a couple of months in and I'm loving this journey. As many others say the service did not take into consideration requirements eg as a young woman they’d match me with older divorced men told me I needed to increase my age requirements etc to more than 10 years older. Seems like the pricing is a scam and made up for everyone too based on their affordability. The ‘coaching’ was absolutely ridiculous just Naseem reading slides and asking me to comment on them

Alhamdulillah, thanks to Naseem's services I am now happily married. The coaching led by Naseem auntie has been one of the most valuable experiences I have had. I have learned so much from her not just about relationships but about life and how to become a better person.
Ever since our first session, she did not judge me once, but asked to learn more about me as a person and that just made this experience even more personal for me which I found great. I invested months of my time and a lot of money (quoting thousands) into this service, only to be met with poor communication, unsuitable matches, and complete disregard for my preferences. They pressured me to drop my deal-breakers, matched me with people who weren’t credible (including one who lied about his job), and brushed off my concerns. The “professional” image is all show, behind the scenes it’s, unprofessional, and not worth a fraction of what they charge. I left feeling misled, incredibly disrespected, and ripped off. I only wrote this as a warning for others - don’t waste your time or your money.
